I ordered a pair of Gola sneakers and…they sent the wrong size

I ordered a pair of Gola sneakers and it took a few weeks for them to arrive. When I tried them on, they were too small. I ordered a size 9 and they sent me a European size 39--which is a size 8 in America. It took some emails to get a return receipt, and they don't cover the shipping on a return, which was in France.
The best price I could find to return them was almost $50!!! So now I have a $140 pair of sneakers that don't fit and it doesn't make any sense to send them back.
I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. Better to buy from Zappos or Amazon, where errors can easily be fixed!

I already send 4 mails

I already send 4 mails, asked in intagram and nobody answer, then after 18 days, i recieved a refund. That sucks!

Unable to return shoes!

It is so frustrating to try to get a response from someone to return an item. I bought shoes too small and am trying to get a prepaid return label since it's too expensive to return through the postal. I purchased a new pair and want to return the first pair.

Delivery was fine but I received a black pair in lieu of the blue I ordered. A little disappointed.

Update: upon review under a much brighter light the color does appear to be indeed blue albeit of a very, very dark shade nearing black. As a consequence I am amending the review from 3 to 5.

Charged $15 for shipping - a week later still don't know when I am getting the item I purchase. Questions to zendesk completely ignored and made impossible to respond to. Response I got completely ignored the problem. What an awful experience. I should have paid more to get the same product somewhere else

Shipping fare is expensive and delivery days are fake. It takes forever. Do not buy this if you are in a hurry.

They charge high shipping rates because they promie 1-3 days delivery. It has been more than a week and my luggage is stucked anywhere in the world. I will have to travel with another luggage and I have asked them a refund for shipping and they replied to me that "my luggage is on the way". Poor company and service.

Same product, 1/3 the price. Winning!

Product is just as expected for 1/3 the price I’ve seen elsewhere. Thats a win in my book! For reference I’m 5’5” and 140 lbs. I ordered a medium Ichi knit blazer in navy and it fits nicely in the shoulders and waist. Will likely order more colors.
