Poor quality
The sofa we purchased was so uncomfortable with the massage sections in we had to have them removed. Told them when they took to be fixed that it was squeaking and they assured me they had fixed the problem but still squeaks on the seat springs. The recliner controls on the sofa are different on each end so lucky guess which button to press. Would definitely not buy from them again, no doubt will be buying a new one in another year.
Their reply looks as though I wanted the massage section removed, you couldn't sit on the sofa without them digging in your back even when not on that is why they offered to take them out. The sofa was so uncomfortable and even the delivery drivers felt them and said how bad they were. They said that a bad batch had been delivered so they knew there was a product fault so the blame lies with them not me. Who sells sofas that you can't sit on without giving you a bad back?

When you originally contacted us regarding the massage sections being uncomfortable for you, we offered to remove them, and you agreed. We carried this out as requested. You also asked us to remove the LED lights, which we also arranged for you.
Regarding the squeaking, this was also raised with us when the sofa was returned to us. Our engineer inspected the sofa and carried out the necessary work to address the issue. We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing some squeaking and, as you have now brought this to our attention again, we are happy to look into it further.
With regard to the recliner controls being different on each end of the sofa, this was not previously reported to us. You have now contacted our support team by email regarding this, and our team is in communication with you to understand the issue and help get it resolved.
We genuinely want to assist and find a suitable solution for the concerns you have raised. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can resolve the remaining issues for you.

The delivery drivers Zam & Jeeby were…
The delivery drivers Zam & Jeeby were brilliant, they managed to get our new sofa in the tight space of the front door and up the stairs, as we live in a 1st floor flat, and also to get our old sofa out too. They then fit the new sofa together and tested it for us and the smart bedside tables too.
The sofa is amazing, so comfortable, lovely fabric, and all the smart features I'm so happy with it all!

3 seater cinema sofa delivered with care

Very helpful service
After ordering I explained that my wife is disabled and I needed it to be delivered on Monday 10th towards lunch time
We were having a new carpet fitted Monday morning and they were running late
The guys phoned up 1 hour before they arrived and when they arrived the carpet fitted was only half way through
Although running 90 minutes late they stayed and waited for the fitter to finish
Once they were in they set the seats up and told us how it all worked
Two very nice guys who knew their job
Removing all packaging
Later in the day
I had a phone call asking if everything was ok
This is the second time we have purchased settes from this company
One for our house and the other for our caravan
A trusted company by my wife and me

Nice sofa chair Quality great…
The sofa is fantastic Quality great Quite comfortable Well made. The recliner and Massage works very well. The two guys who delivered it did a great job in putting it together and explaining how it worked.
My only criticism is that the cup or mug that is supposed to either heat up or chill is too small To be honest its a waste of space and is not necessary.

Concerning the cup holder — thank you for the honest feedback, and we completely understand where you're coming from! We wanted to share a little context that might be useful: the cup and mug holder on our cinema and recliner sofa range is designed to the standard cup holder specification, which is sized to comfortably hold the most common everyday items — a standard mug, a can of drink, a wine glass, or a regular-sized tumbler.
The heating and cooling function is built around this same standard size, as it works by gently circulating temperature around the holder's interior walls — so a larger diameter would actually reduce its effectiveness for both heating and chilling. It's a bit like a car cup holder in that sense — compact by design rather than by oversight!

Great Delivery drivers
The sofa itself is perfect and exactly what i ordered. Service was phenomenal. The delivery was the best bit. Zam and Jeeby managed to get the sofa up the stairs as in my house the living room was upstairs and I didn't realise the sofa didn't break apart. They did really well on a tough delivery and a very long day for them. Thankfully the removal of the old one was much easier. First class service, especially the delivery guys Zam and Jebby who were friendly and professional and really did a great job of getting it in my property.

Fantastic service
The Sofa Shop contacted me really quickly to organise delivery of my sofa. Unfortunately the van broke down before it arrived but I was informed as soon as they knew about the issue and rebooked the delivery at the same time. The driver contacted me half an hour before they were due to arrive and was extremely helpful carefully bringing the sofa into the house.
The sofa itself is the comfiest one I’ve ever owned!
