Really excellent service from both the store and the delivery gentleman. I don’t often write reviews so when I do it’s because it’s very much warranted. The Sofa Store were very helpful in answering my questions regarding the sofa I purchased, which I should also note is high quality furniture, the delivery from Zam and Saj also was excellent. They helped me move my existing chair so the new sofa would fit. They answered all my questions gave me a demonstration of this high tech sofa. Were exceedingly polite, respectful of my home and me. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation to anyone looking at their next sofa purchase.

We went to look at the sofas before we bought as only live in Manchester we were very impressed with the showroom no pressure from the sales people went home and ordered a 3 seater from the Napoli range the day after delivery would have been quicker as we waited just shy of 2 weeks but that was our fault not the company’s the only down side is the wine glass doesn’t sit in the cooling cup holder properly but other than that brilliant so much so we ordered the chair as well which arrived today very impressed with both purchases and the delivery guys were brilliant very polite and professional can’t fault them.

The delivery itself was ok
The delivery itself was ok
As for after the delivery I went to our has extension leads for the amount of plugs required as I did not have these at time of delivery
When I plugged all plugs in nothing is now working and due to my severe sight impairment it’s difficult for me to resolve this myself
Not even any instructions were left which all other companies provide so why can’t your company
So are you going to do anything to help get my sofa etc fully working or not?

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Kept informed of deliver and arrived on time. Delifrr drivers were very good.
Now the not so good. To be honest the chair is a disappointmet. Its very firm( not a soft huggy arm chair). It sits higher than my other furniture so feels like I'm sitting in the dentists chair. Just cant seem to get really comfortable. Lesson learnt .. go to a shop and sit on it before you buy.

Unlike a traditional, soft lounge chair that you sink into, ergonomic seating is intentionally firmer and sits a bit higher to provide proper spinal alignment, reduce lower back pressure, and make standing up much easier.
