Ordering is easy and fuss-free. Website easy to navigate. Good buys to be had on clearance tab. I was kept informed every step of the way up to delivery. The delivery drivers were very pleasant, prompt and helpful.

Excellent
I came to the showroom and was really impressed with the layout. I decided to buy a 2+1 seater from the Florence range. The staff were really helpful and 10 days later my furniture was delivered.
I received a delivery slot on my chosen day and I got a call from the driver saying they were 30 mins away from my house which I found very helpful.
Ian and Najeeb, who delivered and installed my furniture were really friendly and went through a demo of the features sofa and armchair. Once I was happy they then took away all the packaging.
Overall the Sofa Company inc gets 5 stars from me for the service, quality of sofas and the delivery service.

Do not purchase from this company…
Do not purchase from this company because they don’t send you what you paid for, block you when you complain about your incomplete order, price not worth the product and an all round horrible company.
I replied to the email with the requested video but the email was unable to be delivered after I replied to the previous ones so this shows that further communication was blocked.
The freight company does not open deliveries so why is there no setup guide, operating manual and the ancillaries to make the sofa work if it was quality checked?
You at no point offer to replace the items but rather shift the blame to the freight company. I only knew there were missing items when I spoke to the technician after I couldn’t get the sofa working. I paid for a recliner entertainment sofa but got a normal sofa.

We would like to clarify that before your order left our warehouse, the sofa was quality-checked by our team. We provided the inspection video confirming that the item was checked and dispatched in full working condition.
As requested by yourself, the order was delivered to a third-party freight company selected by you. Before releasing the order, you provided written confirmation accepting responsibility and authorising us to release the delivery to this company on your behalf. The freight company then received the goods and signed confirmation that the item was delivered in good condition.
After you contacted us regarding the missing wires and remotes, we arranged a video call with our technician to better understand the issue and provide assistance. During this process, we confirmed that we were willing to help with the required parts; however, we were advised that you did not wish to proceed with having the parts sent at that stage.
Our logistics team also requested photos/videos of the item highlighting the missing components so we could investigate further, but these have not been provided.
We would also like to clarify that the order has now left the UK through the third-party freight arrangement requested by yourself. As outlined within our Terms and Conditions, our guarantee applies to mainland UK deliveries only, and we are unable to provide warranty coverage for items located outside the UK.
We would also like to clarify that our communication channels have remained open throughout this process, and at no point has your contact with us been blocked. We remain available to discuss and review any concerns you have.

Great delivery experience
In the 24 hours before the sofa was delivered we received two text messages on one email confirming the time of delivery, which was excellent. We’ve arranged to have an old sofa taken away and the new one built. The two lads Ian and Najeeb, were excellent. They came straight in, took the old sofa apart carried it out, brought the new sofa and set it up and demonstrated all the functions in a very short time and they were very pleasant and polite and did a great job..

Sofa is great and very comfortable, if a little like sitting on the bridge of the Enterprise! All the bells and whistles work as advertised.
