the product is great
the product is great, but the delivery service wasn't . they send e-mails 3 days prior and each day thereafter to confirm the delivery, but then don't deliver and no more contact. I had to call them to ask where the delivery is, once I had called them, the delivery was done in a few hours.

We’re genuinely sorry about the frustration caused by the delivery experience. That’s not the standard we aim for. While we work with third-party courier partners, we fully understand that the responsibility ultimately sits with us to ensure clear communication and reliable delivery.
It’s especially concerning that you received multiple confirmation emails but no follow-through or proactive update when the delivery didn’t take place. That’s something we’re addressing directly with the courier to prevent this happening again.
We do appreciate you taking the time to call and bring it to our attention, and we’re pleased the delivery was then completed quickly, but you absolutely shouldn’t have had to chase it up.
