Sophia Webster Opiniões

Was flying home on the Tuesday and ordered with an incredibly helpful person on the live chat on the Friday, who made sure I got my order the next morning. Loved the shoes, of course, which came in perfect condition.

Kajal from their customer service team was great to work with. Appreciated all their help and time. Waiting for my order to be received, but the prompt help was very much appreciated!

Firstly the shoes were shamazingly beautiful 🤩….the prettiest shoes to date! Customer Support at SW has always been consistent and A🌟

They are truly a great company bought a pair of wedges and one of the jems fell out and got lost, contacted the repair team and they were picked up within a couple of days and they kept me in the loop through the whole fix process and when they were going to ship back they contacted me to ensure it was ok to send but i was on holidays and they kept them until the date i said id be home and posted them with tracking!! Just amazing customer service 🫶🏻

Have just bought a pair of leopard print shoes and ankle boots. Both totally stunning, beautifully made and comfortable. So exciting opening the girlie pink box. The start of an addiction. Looking forward to the next one. 🌸🌸🌸🌸

Everyrhing was Perfect!!! The shoes are beautiful, a pair for my mom an and a pair for me!!
We love them!!

It’s a really, really rare company whose customer services answer your query / issue and leave you in disbelief as to how WELL they’ve resolved your issue. Amazing company whose shoes I can’t wait to buy again and again. 5*

So in love with my new pair of shoes! I was selected as winning to receive my dream shoes! I am still in shock! The shoes are sooo gorgeous! Thank you so much!

Beautifully designed shoes and came when they were supposed to

Ordered in the sale with the extra 20% off so an absolute bargain.
Shoes are true to size and really comfy.
Super speedy delivery too.

Oh my …… Hello Lovers, I can’t wait to wear you ❤️😘

The shoe is beautiful. Even better than the first pair. I sized up this time for a better fit. I can't wait to wear them. I love butterflies just like Sophia!

I have now just received my 3rd pair of SW. I haven’t worn them yet but loving the summer look ( espadrille) they are a perfect fit.
I have a pair of ankle boots which I love, and a pair of stripy shoes. They are so comfortable. Fortunately I haven’t had to contact customer service for anything

We contacted Sophia Webster due to a fault with a pair of sliders. They were very understanding on the telephone and sent over the form to complete. On completion, email correspondence was very quick from Kajal and their customer service has been brilliant. Would definitely order again from them.

I am in love with my heels. I’ve dreamt about owning a pair since the first release of the pink blossom butterfly heels I was then 13-14 I am now 20 and was finally able to purchase my first pair. The delivery was so fast it was at my house in just 2 days. Unfortunately they are not my size they are big and they are sold out in my size but I am so in love with every shoe this company releases! 💕

I had some glitters fall off my Clara Purse and SW offered to send me a new Clara clutch. I am so happy with the response time and can’t wait to get my new clutch. Now spreading SW love marks everywhere I go!
Cheers!
Lola

Customer service was 10/10! Other companies should take note

The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
My parcel was pretended to be delivered more than 48 hrs ago - try to connect the company and I keep receiving non-sense messages with no action involved!
They are keep asking more information! What more information I said million times already the parcel is NOT received it is lost and the parcel company obviously lying to have it on their depot! I am NOT paying a penny to something I NEVER received! will never EVER shop again there EVER!!!!!!

Amazing customer service, very quick response.
