Kundenservie total schlecht.
Ich habe eine Schüssel und ein paar andere Artikel bestellt, hauptsächlich wollte ich die Schüssel. Diese war natürlich total schlecht eingepackt und kaputt. Ich wollte die Sachen zurückschicken und den Rückversand bezahlt bekommen. Der Kundenservice meinte ich sollte nun die Schüssel selbst entsorgen und was ich zurückschicke, dafür muss ich trotzdem den Versand bezahlen. Heißt Rückversand nochmal für 5,95, wahrscheinlich Taktik, damit man die Sachen behält. Und den kaputten Kram kann man dann selbst noch entsorgen und sich damit herumärgern. Nie wieder!

Can't even order from website. It shows that it delivers to my country (Latvia) but when I try to order it says that address is wrong, and when I try to edit it, it says that they don't ship orders outside the selected country. :(

Beautiful products, friendly & helpful service
The service was very polite & helpful, with a friendly & personal touch.
Even though my purchase arrived broken, it was obviously the fault of the postal service because the package had been bashed in. My refund was sorted promptly with sincere apologies. It would not put me off buying from this company again, as the products are lovely & the customer service is great.

I love this company
I love this company, I first heard of it a while ago on instagram. It sells good quality items with plenty of choice. It offers seasonal items as well as household & craft items.
Also you get little messages from Anna &Clara which makes the experience a little more special.

Het duurt soms iets langer voordat het er is, het langste wat ik heb moeten wachten is 4 dagen.
Maar hiervan wordt je op de hoogte gebracht voordat je besteld omdat de bestelling uit het buitenland moet komen.
