Five-Star Service from Lois!
​I had a fantastic experience speaking with Lois regarding my Spectrum account. She was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient in resolving my issues, making the whole process completely stress-free.

Spoke to Emily regards my car going to a main dealer for the diagnostic work. She was very helpful and fully explained the process I and the dealer must follow and also sent a comprehensive email with all the details i required to hopefully get my claim approved. Very happy with the service provided by Emily.

I just wanted to say I couldn’t have asked for a better insurance/warranty
to use for my car. The smooth process and communication have been exceptional. Becky who dealt with my problem was so patient and understanding when I was explaining my problem and really made me feel at ease with it all, everything is quite stressful when it comes to cars. The advice, support of where to take my car and how it all works just took away a little of the stress. I will definitely always use Spectrum and recommend also. Thank you so much from a very grateful customer.

I’ve been really impressed with the service I received from Spectrum. I had an issue with my car and needed to make a claim under my warranty, and everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process.

A special thank you to Emily, Sarah, Caitlin, Rebecca and Daniel. Every person I dealt with genuinely seemed keen to help and did everything they could to get things resolved as quickly as possible. Communication was clear, I always felt listened to, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

Dealing with an unexpected car problem is stressful enough, so having people on the other end of the phone who are friendly, efficient and actually want to help makes such a difference.

I had an issue with my car that needed repairing, they had agreed to reimburse the work in full and explained this process very clearly. I spoke to Jake on the phone today he was very helpful and the service was really fast. He explained the process it was very straightforward and he chased it immediately for me there was no delay. I would 10/10 use these guys again :)

Writing this review to highlight the great service I've received from Becky at spectrum. I made contact last week and Becky listened to my concerns over taking the car to a local specialist and the time frames involved. She quickly got me authorised to come to a main dealer and gave me all the info I needed. I think by luck when I was at the repairer and they advised it would be a very expensive repair, i got through to Becky again who quickly got the repair authorised for me while I waited. She clearly explained the process for me. Just the sort of person you want to get through to in a stressful situation! Thank you Becky

A young lady, Lois, dealt with my call which was to report a fault on my car, covered under warranty. I'm really pleased to say she was more than helpful in every way and explained everything clearly. Polite, professional and helpful in every way. Sent a breakdown truck to rescue me without delay and paid for the costs for the repair..very pleased with spectrums warranty cover

I was worried about a delay in getting my car sorted but Lois was very helpful and efficient sorting the problem out and all is good now.
