Outstanding Customer Service
Had a problem with my daughters car which had a warrenty with Spectrum. Contacted them and followed their instructions. Within 24 hours the car had been repaired and back in my hands, job done. Now tell me where you can get that service in record time, with no fuss and expert customer service. Thats what I call exceptional first class service, what one would like to see more often. Sorting problem with the car on warranty
When had a problem with the car spoke to someone very quick but had to get the car to a garage just under 2 hours away from me if recovered had to pay for that myself and also if I took it to a local garage I would have to pay the difference in labour! Not happy with that at all? I thought paying a lot extra for warranty would make it easier to sort the problem I was mistaken

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased that you were able to speak with our team quickly, although we completely appreciate your frustration regarding the distance to the available approved repairer.
Unfortunately, there were no nominated repairers available closer to your location on this occasion. We did explain that you were welcome to use a local repairer or main dealer of your choice, although any labour costs above the hourly rate covered by your warranty would need to be met by you. Your warranty also provides a contribution towards recovery costs, rather than covering these costs in full.
We always want to make the claims process as straightforward as possible, while also ensuring that claims are handled in line with the terms and level of cover provided by the warranty. We appreciate that, on this occasion, the options available were not as convenient as you would have hoped and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
We are pleased that, once your vehicle was inspected and the fault confirmed, your claim was authorised and we arranged to settle the approved repair costs directly with the repairer.
Thank you for your feedback, which we will take into consideration when reviewing the customer experience and availability of our repairer network.

I was very pleased with the service today
I was very pleased with the service from Spectrum. I had confirmation of the repair being approved much more quickly than I had expected. The adviser was Emily - she gave me very clear details of the garage's analysis, and answered my questions. Emily also explicitly said what the cost of repair was, and that we definitely did not have to pay anything as it was all covered by Spectrum. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service received.

Initial engagement
Initially I found it very difficult to get hold of someone. I used the callback option and never received a call, so had to call twice more.
When I eventually got a call back, I spoke to Lois who was absolutely brilliant. She was really helpful, very supportive and took the time to talk me through the process and explain exactly what I needed to do!!

Emily was extremely helpful
Emily was extremely helpful, tried her best for me even though the battery isn’t covered by the warranty.
It looks like the message that came up on my dashboard was a false reading. Will get this investigated and will need to contact Spectrum again. Hope everybody there is just as helpful as her.

Amazing experience
Emily was amazing. I was very emotional and she was supportive, helpful and calm throughout. I thought the process would be difficult and bureaucratic but she talked me through everything and all I had to do was wait for her phone call to tell me it was all sorted. Highly recommend both the service and Emily in particular
