Peugeot engine fault repaired under warranty
I had an engine fault in my Peugeot and it is still under Spectrum warranty that I got from Car Giant. I called them and straight away they got me info on choice 3 approved garages I can call to book in a diagnostics. Once that was done, Spectrum authorised the repairs and even got info from garage about part delivery and when repairs would be done. I am quite pleased with the outcome and service provided. The lady on the phone was very courteous and helpful.

I thought I had a problem with my car…
I thought I had a problem with my car under Spectrum warranty, I first spoke to Caitlin who sent me to an excellent local garagewho found no fault with my car but did a health check free of charge,I then spoke to Daniel who assured me that if problem reaccured it would still be dealt with,both these young people could not have been better to deal with and are a credit to there company.

I've liased with a few different people…
I've liased with a few different people from Spectrum and they have all been curtious and polite. However it was with Lindsy today that I felt there was some movement concerning my case, after she said she would contact the garage and get back to me which she did. Hopefully this should start the process of getting my car fixed and paid for especially as it was showing problems since the day bought it.

Jaguar engine light claim
The claim was made, processed and approved within two days, all dealt with the garage - I am most impressed! The two people at the company who dealt with me were very polite and helpful despite me being stressed out with this matter (going on holiday in a week and a half so needed the car!) The garage has ordered the parts and it all should be repaired by the end of next week. Thank you all concerned. DS.
