Poor customer service
I placed an order with Spoiltland on Monday morning for next day delivery. However, I did not receive my order till Wednesday even though I paid extra for next day delivery. Very poor customer service as I have contacted them via email three times but I have not received a response from them. Please avoid this company as they do not have good customer service.

Sleep Ordered the Sleepee for my 9 week old…
Ordered the Sleepee for my 9 week old Grandson, he never slept for more than 2 hours at a time, this has been a life saver, I’m not saying he suddenly sleeping 12 hours, but it’s definitely helping him to settle better.
Arrived within days pelt ordering, beautifully packaged.

I got what I wanted
I got what I wanted. but no contact with the seller. no response to email or chat. shipping problems. I paid for fast delivery and waited a few days for it. customer service terrible. only the product is ok. nothing else.

All items present were packed lovely
All items present were packed lovely, with personalisation in the packers signature. The bedding items were extremely luxurious and of a high quality. Plus I thought all the bedding, dummies were lovely and abit different in their detail compared to other sights. The delivery was also swift which was amazing. Thanks 😊
