Love the blind I have ordered for my little boys room. I chose Stitched because compared to other companies who do very similar curtains and blinds the fabric was such a better quality. Nice and thick. A slight issue with delivery but this was out of their hands and resolved speedily by the customer care team. Very nice talking to an actual human instead of computer bots!

There were some minor issues with our curtains, and the team was super helpful and provided us with a suitable replacement. Excellent customer service.

We previously purchased some blinds from Stitched, however we had some issues a bit later with the functionality. I then dropped an email over to Stitched and they instantly replied and offered support.

They organised a seamstress to come over the next week and within 2 hours all my blinds were fixed and brand new!

We cant recommend the customer service enough and would highly recommend this to anyone interested in using their service!

She came to my house to do measurements which was amazing and I subsequently ordered a Roman blind for my bathroom in Ian Mankin Angus Stripe: Flax. I absolutely love it. The professionalism of this company is gold standard. Not only a quality product but great service. Will 100% order more!

Would definitely recommend although be prepared for a wait as they are made to order. The team are so helpful and responsive and the quality of the product is excellent as well as being sustainable, so it's worth the wait. I bought curtains and came back for a blind and very happy with both!

I recently purchased a motorised Roman blind from Stitched and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish the experience was seamless (!) and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is impeccable, as a sewer myself it is evident that great care and attention to detail went into its creation.

I am so pleased with it and glad I decided to upgrade with the motorised option - it really makes life easier! I will definitely use them again.

About a year ago we ordered curtains that we loved so I recently decided to order cushions to match. I'm really pleased with them and found the customer service to be great.

A responsive personalised service, beautiful ethically sourced fabrics

I went with them as they had lots of choice for lovely natural fabrics, I got the upcycled cotton, I also liked that they’re handmade in UK. When curtains arrived I was really impressed with the quality, they’re heavy and well made and the triple pleat I picked looks so pretty drawn or not. Overall was nice and easy process to put in all measurements and I also liked that you could order 8 samples to work out which colour and fabric to order.

Ordered samples and despite procrastination on our part, we eventually ordered.

Service was great, delivery as expected and thankfully fit was per my measurements.

It was worth it. Replaced some old 2nd hand; not fitting, unlined curtains, with some lovely made to measure lined velvet. Space is much warmer as a direct result. Looks far better too, brightened the space even when drawn.

I live in an A listed building with 12 foot high single glazed windows. Uh oh.

Stitched helped me to design and install roman blinds made of a 75% wool/25% flax material with a thermal lining. They walked me through the measuring and installation process. Customer service was great, and my beautiful blinds have saved my bacon in terms of heat retention.

Other flats in the building have opted for 'secondary glazing' which appears to me to be a scam. My wonderful, marine blue blinds retain heat, whilst the vast expanses of perspex (i.e., plastic) in secondary glazing -- do not.

A highly recommended company, and a pleasure to do business with.

Always my go to for client and personal curtain requirements! Such a great choice of fabrics and it’s the perfect place to go for the bespoke feel without the price tag. Everything is hand made and they even do a complimentary measurement service too. Highly recommend!
