Brilliant curtains and blinds

Always my go to for client and personal curtain requirements! Such a great choice of fabrics and it’s the perfect place to go for the bespoke feel without the price tag. Everything is hand made and they even do a complimentary measurement service too. Highly recommend!

Cant recommend Stitched highly enough

Cant recommend Stitched highly enough. Excellent customer service from start to finish and my blinds are really good quality. I had a few questions initially, and Hannah was really helpful and quick to respond.

I was a bit nervous about whether I’d measured everything correctly - and luckily I had 😅. Although the guide and user info were easy to follow, so I had no need to worry really.

Stitched will be my go to company for any future blinds or curtains I need.

An amazing experience

I have had a nothing but lovely experience with Stitched from start to finish. I booked someone to come round and measure for my blinds and the person who came was so lovely and friendly), and was able to advise on the best backings for the blinds. Stitched then auto populated a basket for me with the measurements already inputted for my blinds, so it was super easy to order my blinds.

When I ordered my blinds, the material I wanted was out of stock, but after I emailed Stitched to ask about this, they turned the material as available to pre order on the website, and let me know that there would be an extra week to my lead time. From the point of ordering to delivery, the blinds took 11.5 weeks (so if you take off the extra week for the material pre order, it was 10.5 weeks), but this was highlighted to me when I ordered the blinds, so the wait wasn’t a shock.

This might be too long of a time for some people, however, I really didn’t mind and am absolutely thrilled with the results! My blinds look AMAZING and feel very high quality.

Exceptional Service

I wanted to give an account of my experience with Stitched. I purchased curtains on Autumn 2021 - the quality was extremely good, but I asked for a couple of amendments the following year. Stitched agreed gladly and free of additional charge. When they were returned, UPS managed to lose the parcel. A year and a half later, spent trying (and failing) to get UPS to pay compensation, Stitched offered to remake the curtains for me free of charge. The whole epdisode was not really Stitched's fault, and yet they spent a lot of time in email communication with me, trying to come to a solution. The new curtains have now arrived and I am delighted. Thank you to the team for such exceptional service.

I deeply regret my decision to spend…

I deeply regret my decision to spend over £6k on curtains from Stitch. Initially, the customer service was exceptional, but that all changed once they had my money. The blinds I received were stained, wrapped in shoddy brown paper, and had bent fixtures. They felt like poor quality for the high price I paid. It took a frustratingly long 11 weeks for the curtains to arrive, and to make matters worse, the fixtures still haven't shown up. Whenever I express my dissatisfaction, the customer service team responds in a nonchalant manner, as if they're doing me a favor by allowing me to order from them. Ordering from Stitch has been an expensive mistake that I deeply regret.

We're truly sorry that you feel this way. We've reviewed our blind packaging after your feedback and apologise that you weren't pleased with how they arrived. We have offered to, and would still be happy to, collect your blinds and fix the issues you've raised.

Your curtains and blinds arrived within the 10 week time frame that was mentioned at time of ordering and we apologised for the delays on your tracks and tried to keep you as updated as possible.

Terrible customer service and still no refund

Ordered some blackout blinds for my daughters bedroom in December and waited for over 7 months before deciding to buy from elsewhere (for half the price, made to measure and two weeks delivery. Thanks Dunelm!) Customer service and communication was terrible and would get different people telling me different things about the expected delivery. Requested a refund but still not processed. If they don’t process it, I will go via my credit card company and make a formal complaint via the financial obudsman service. Would not recommend!

Update (27th Oct): Even after the response below (9th Oct), I emailed Stitched to enquire about my refund (10th Oct) and still no reply! Seems this is the usual level of service and "team changes" are still an issue. Would still NOT recommend!

We love our new curtains!

We got some curtains for our balcony door (order S-033410) and we love them! The quality is great and the blackout has really helped over summer. We’ll be using Stitched again for our living room.

Bad experience

So I ordered a pair of curtains, then after the six weeks of not getting them. I eventually cancelled the order after not receiving for 4 months, and after months and lots of emails I received a refund 6 months after the original purchase.
I would strongly advise not to buy from this company. They ignore emails and really I felt this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stitched, please do not bother responding to this, as you barely bothered to respond when I contacted you.

Great Customer Service and Curtains!

This is my second purchase from Stitched and I would highly recommend getting your window dressing from here. This purchase was a pair of blackout, pencil curtains with the pole and they arrived just on time and they look great! The customer service is fantastic as Stitched gets back to you very quickly (thank you Kati).
The only thing I would change is the delivery service Stitched have opted to use. UPS. They are not great at communication. You never know where your package is because they do not update their tracking sequence and there is no (obvious) way to contact them to find out.
On that note, I am looking forward to having my bedroom blackout curtains up and hanging fabulously in my newly renovated bedroom. Thanks Stitched!

What a nightmare

What a nightmare, which has been going on for over a year now. After two attempts my blinds are still the wrong size. I was offered a partial refund which I still have not received, after months of chasing and being told it will be actioned “this week”. Customer service once payment has been made is appalling, as mentioned by others. I am investigating my options to obtain my refund and may have to take this to a small claims court. The blinds are lovely but the wrong size, and the service is unprofessional. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for far too long, so would avoid.

Great quality curtains

We ordered a pair of curtains for our living room from Stitched a couple of years ago, and have been so happy with the result that when we were looking for another pair for a bedroom, it was one of the first places I checked. They're on the expensive side but the quality is very high and it is easy to customise to exactly what you want (loads of fabric choices which you can order free samples of, and easy to request exactly the required size). They have also been very responsive when I have gotten in contact by email/instant message, although that hasn't been required very often as so much information is already on their website. A lot of recent reviews mention long delivery times - that is true, but when I ordered it was made very clear that it would be approximately 10 weeks for delivery, and that timeframe was kept to. Updates throughout as to what stage the curtains were at would have been helpful, but I did get notified when they were due to be delivered. Dropping one star due to long delivery time and potential to improve communication between order and delivery, but overall I am very happy with the service and would use Stitched again!

Our beautiful curtains were worth the wait...

It has taken us 15 years to finally bite the bullet and buy curtains for our living room and our Stitched curtains have exceeded our expectations. They are beautiful! Despite delays due to supply chain issues - which the team kept us updated about - I would not hesitate to recommend Stitched to anyone (and would have given a five-star rating if it hadn't been for the delay). The process, from measuring to ordering to communication, has been excellent. The work(wo)manship in the curtains is amazing and they finally complete our living room. A big investment but well worth the money - and the wait! Thank you.

What an awful experience

I’ve finally lost the plot with this company. Since spending a huge amount on curtains in February not a single thing has been delivered correctly. Curtains made wrong and needing remaking. Tracks wrong. They can’t even get the length of cord required right. And the worst of it is that despite asking multiple times and sending a full complaint not a single person has the decency to phone me to explain what on earth is going wrong and apologise. A huge disappointment and I still don’t have my curtains up.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! They are lovely during the sales process, once you pay things change!!!!! They will ignore you for months, take weeks to reply to simple questions, they will lie about the status of your order and after you validly request a refund they will throw their draconian contract (that they themselves have broken on several occasions in the past 7 months) in your face! We are now in the process of preparing a Court Claim as they are unwilling to pay us back! We spent thousands with them!!!! They will promise you all this free stuff (like free installation) but by the looks of things (considering other people’s reviews) this is just talk and a way to entice you so they keep your money. We will not stop pursuing our valid refund and you will not get away with causing us such distress.

If I were able to click negative stars…

If I were able to click negative stars I certainly would. Never written a review about any company before and rarely trust poor reviews however Stitched have royally stitched up myself and it seems most of their customers. Ignored for months, then hounded relentlessly for final payment. Goods arrived 3 months late with half the order missing, still waiting for the rest of the order. Never seen such a poorly run business, very little by way of apology. Absolute shambles, cannot recommend highly enough that you do not use them.

Fair to say that the blinds are lovely, but not worth the hassle.
