Good bag. Not worth the price
The bag is good but is overpriced by £150. The quality doesn’t blow you away and there is so little space in the laptop section - the laptop charger has to fit in the shoe compartment.
There is nothing about the bag which justifies the price tag.
EDIT: To demonstrate how little room there is in the laptop section, my phone charger squashed into the fan and has crushed the bottom of the laptop.

We’re very sorry to learn about your experience.
As our products are designed to perform in work environment but also while running, the running ergonomics play a big part in our design and testing process. When we sampled the different versions of the bag, it became clear that we had to make the laptop compartment relatively tight in order to achieve optimal ergonomics and minimise movement between different compartments while running. Like you mention in your review, majority of us carry the laptop charger in the front expandable pocket.
Having said that, we are truly sorry for your bad experience. I have reached out to you via email to discuss this further.

Purchase was super easy
Purchase was super easy, international shipping to the US was free and arrived on time. Knocking one star off b/c while I was notified my order had been received, I didn't get confirmation when it was shipped or when a way to track the shipping. Overall love the backpack. The following three things would make it even better: a hook for hanging a water bladder (perhaps where backpack straps are stored), a clasp for securing keys, and an optional dopp kit or toiletries bag.

Amanda, thank you for your feedback and the product enhancement ideas! You’re right, we’ve had some issues with the automated tracking details not reaching our international customers. Good news is that we now have a solution that we are testing. Testing being successful we will implement this early February.

10/10 experience, high quality product which is both functional and stylish. The bag I have is a blue Podium backpack and it’s the best bag I’ve ever owned and is worth every single penny for how ergonomic it is.
