My wife & I were extremely happy & satisfied after talking to Mark Hutchinson. Mark is thoroughly invested in his job with Stonegate Law Firm and works extremely well with potential clients making them feel very comfortable with him. We communicated several times in the last two plus weeks and I can honestly say for us both that even after the initial phone call we felt like we had known Mark/Hutch a very long time. Mr. Hutchinson And our cade manager Wendy Host has been a great help.. There are times I cant get a hold of Wendy or anyone and I call Mr. Hutchinson and he helps ease my mind on things moving forward. He has been very friendly and helpful when I need questions answered. My husband and I are truly happy your have taken our case seriously and cant wait to get out of our timeshare and fees.. Lesson learned always say "NO" when it comes to timeshares. Fast talkers are not to be trusted.. thank you Stonegate, Mr Hutchinson, Wendy and team!!! Michelle Arnold was the key to why I chose to go with Stonegate. She was helpful in explaining what Stonegate would do for me and above all she was not pushy. When I told her I would think about it and call back when I'm ready she simply said ok. I have talked to many firms and the biggest turn-off was the constant badgering and calling and if you don't sign up now I'm not sure if we van guarantee this amont. The list goes on and on. Michelle simply explained and told me how much it would cost, that's it. That's why I called her and signed up. Also just a really nice person to talk to.

My experience with Stonegate has been great. Michelle Arnold assisted me with getting the process started. She is kind, has a great personality, and made me feel comfortable with going forward with canceling my timeshare. She assured me that it will be a success. Michelle explained the steps and was patient with answering all of my questions. I am looking forward to celebrating when this is over.
