Brock was awesome. Articulate, intelligent, concisely and thoroughly answered all my questions, and his response time was unprecedentedly quick. Even when I had a question at 10:00 p.m. On Sunday night, he immediately responded. That's crazy and awesome.

Brock headed me in the right direction without requiring an attorney to sort it out. Hopefully it works. Thanks

I’ve always been Leary of time share exit companies, so many basically scammers out there. When I spoke with Brock and he explained that I may not need his companies services, that Hilton had some sort of built in exit strategy in their contracts. He actually sent me a link on where to find it. Also said if they fight you get back in touch with me and I’ll send it to our legal department. Never felt pressured to buy anything, quite the contrary, gave me free advice. Should I have any issues with Hilton I’ll definitely call Brock back at Stonegate.

As written in other reviews, Brock was great. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I set up an account hat the company debited monthly and that's it. Anytime I was looking for an update on my caase, I had to go through numerous people on the other end to find my account rep. They successfully took all the money they said they would and I have no idea, 16 months down the road, where my case stands.

Brock was very personable, upfront, thorough, patient and trustworthy. Brock listened to my experience and was quickly able to identify with what I went through. Brock was empathetic to my financial situation, faced family losses and the fact that I am a single parent trying to put 2 children through college. Brock walked me through the financial portal to begin the process until I had to take another call. Brock sent me a text with instructions to continue the process and let me know he was still with me on his end. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My wife who spoke to a rep there last week, her name was Hannah, was extremely rude to my wife and overly pushy. Why does she think she has to be pushy, just because she says she works for a law firm, I can tell you one thing, I would never do business with her or this company based on how my wife was treated. There is no call for anyone to be pushy or rude. My wife inherited a bad deal on a timeshare from her mother and she just needed help and this woman just made my wife feel even worse about the situation. If this is the kind of people that work for this company I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for help.

My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing, and it makes me question the authenticity of their A+ reviews. Someone named Cary Davis contacted me by email and left several phone messages. He sounded very professional at first, which gave me hope that I had finally found a legitimate firm with real attorneys who might be able to help me recover at least some of the money I lost to the timeshare industry. However, the conversation took a very different turn once I mentioned that I had already managed to get out of my timeshare on my own. As soon as I said that, his tone completely changed. He became rude, raised his voice, and said, “Then why do you bother me?” before abruptly hanging up without allowing me to finish my sentence.
The interaction was shocking and unprofessional, especially considering they were the ones who initially reached out to me. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to do their own research before engaging with companies like this. In my case, I was able to resolve my timeshare situation on my own without paying another firm thousands of dollars in additional fees.

SCAM COMPANY!! BEWARE!!!

I hired Stonegate for my Solar. In the beginning it was a little disappointing not getting updates. I made a call one day to Stonegate and low and behold I got one of the best and most fantastic reps Joy Curry. I explained to her my issues, and she followed up almost daily by phone and text, if it was not for Joy I would not be where I am today with my Solar process.
Joy is the best very professional and she sticks to her word. YOU GO JOY!! Thank you again

Helpful, non-pushy, professional

Spoke with Nathan Little regarding my solar panel contract. After much discussion Nathan gave me a honest evaluation on the chances of voiding my contract. Instead of charging me then evaluating the case , he stated that for the funds upfront it would not be in anyone's best interest to pursue the case. I appreciated his time and honesty. Thanks

Stonegate has been absolutely terrible for myself and my husband in handling our timeshare they were quick to get their money but as far as assisting us we have to contact them to hear anything in which every time we contact them we always have a different person handling our case so far 3 different people and always the same response we are waiting for a response (from the timeshare I assume) and we will send out another letter they have 90 days to respond you know…..it’s been going on a year now and this is all we’ve gotten so far and in the meantime it’s killing our credit every month.Therefore I would not recommend this company save your money and look into other options!!!

The process was quick and only took 6 months. The other companies told me 18 months - 3 years. Communication with my case manager was great! I was able to get money back (surprised!). Bottom-line, these guys did exactly what they said they would do and they were reasonably priced, very competitive. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Stonegate Firm!

Our experience with Stonegate Firm was… a journey. Selling a timeshare isn’t for the faint of heart, and we definitely hit more than a few speed bumps along the way. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due: Matt really listened to our concerns and went to bat for us when it counted. Thanks to his persistence, we were able to get this over the line.
While the process wasn’t always smooth, we’re grateful it’s behind us—and for the support that helped us reach the finish line. Five stars for closure, lessons learned, and Matt’s follow-through.

My parents had a timeshare with Hilton. I know I was going to inherit the timeshare and I didnt want this money pit of a liability. Stonegate Firm and Stonegate Law walked us through the process and made it so easy. To top it off my parents recieved a settlement back. We love Stonegate Firm. Highly recommend!
