Avoided foreclosure by hiring Stonegate…
Avoided foreclosure by hiring Stonegate Firm. I saw an ad online, filled out the form, and Jordan called me the same day.
They had a deal where I could make monthly payments so that's what I chose to do.
My timeshare was about to be in foreclosure and I would have been in bad shape had I not hired them. it was a good experience and I'm happy I chose them to handle this.

Efficient and Friendly
My parents used Stonegate Firm to cancel their timeshare in Florida. Since Covid, they haven’t been able to use it and have since let it go unused for years. Our rep was easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel pressured into a decision. They were able to negotiate a deal that got them out for good. Thank you for serving our family

The timeshare is now gone
The timeshare is now gone. The service was good and they handled it from start to finish. The price was higher than other places but it's ok bc I got out of my timeshare.

Working with Stonegate Firm was overall…
Working with Stonegate Firm was overall a positive experience. At first, my timeshare resort offered a deed in lieu but Stonegate's closing company went back and negotiated a much better cancellation offer. Communication was very good. One negative thing was that there was an error and it ended up taking a couple weeks for them to call me to start the timeshare cancel. But I did get out of my timeshare without any damage to my finances so i'm really please with the service.
