Punctual and exceeded expectations

First timer and only found out about Stuart through the email sent by Superdrug store. I needed some alka seltzer ASAP, same day because I was unwell and couldn't leave my house. To my annoyance none of the famous delivery services (Uber, Justeat, deliveroo) could get me what I wanted! Order online and takes a day to deliver. Then STUART came to my aid and my package was ordered and delivered within half hr! I was kept upto date about whereabouts of driver etc. An excellent overall experience. I'm not a business but I would use again. Highly recommend

Great and please help me Basically your company terminated my account I don't know why basically they told me I did not take the packages from the Tesco but I was in a Tesco there is a on the Lady marker Road) there is a Tesco worker always making a problem always they don't want proper job that's why always they're saying this order is cancelled this order is cancelled this order is cancelled on that day I know I got a Many job but all Job from this Tesco only Lady Margaret Road but all Job when I go inside to collect the parcels but there is a Test cover worker told me cancelled cancelled cancelled then what I do that's why on that day many job is cancelled this is not my fault this is this Tesco coworker to problem they don't want proper work there is an old workers lazy that's why they making a fool old drivers please check another drivers as well the same problem because all driver coming on this location but their Tesco worker always making a cancel always cancel this is no drivers fault this is there is a test coworker fault me also doing my work because I am honest man if I getting the job main thing is example you're giving me the job is £7 or £8 but if I take the parcel then I get £8 yeah but if I cancel my job I will get half this is a make sense which one is good for me the £3 or £8 please think about this please give me work I don't have any work please I have a family I'm doing as only this work please help me please open my account I need a work please help me because this is not my fault I will show you the pictures if you don't trust on me then please investigate yourself come on this Tesco on the Lady market as it driver come on this location then ask how they are rude Tesco worker how they are talking they are making a fool old drivers they are not telling truth always make me fool always doing a cancel please help me please give me the job thank you

Je reçois une notification qui m'indique que mon colis est "livré". Je suis chez moi, je n'ai eu aucun appel de livreur, personne n'a sonné, ma boîte aux lettres ne peut pas contenir le colis que j'attends mais je descends quand même voir, évidemment il n'y a rien. S'en suit un parcours du combattant pour tenter de contacter le SAV, qui finit par me répondre que je dois regarder dans ma boîte aux lettres... Insupportable. Ils me disent ensuite de voir directement auprès de l'enseigne à qui j'ai acheté la marchandise, qui elle me renvoie vers Stuart. À partir de là je n'ai plus aucune réponse de leur part et au bout de quelques mois quand je relance ENCORE une énième fois on me dit que cela fait trop longtemps et que le dossier est clos, qu'il aurait fallu que je me manifeste avant alors que je n'ai jamais lâché l'affaire. Le colis a tout bonnement été volé je ne l'ai jamais reçu et je n'ai jamais eu d'aide de leur part. Ils ne mérite que des insultes

RAYAN B à voler mes courses de Carrefour drive de Drancy

Le samedi 03/01/2026, lors d’une livraison Carrefour Drive Drancy, le livreur Stuart Rayan B m’a appelée à 15h00 concernant la commande #310153712. Je lui ai clairement indiqué que je n’étais pas à proximité immédiate de mon domicile, car j’avais un rendez-vous, et que la livraison était prévue pour 18h00. Je lui ai également précisé que j’étais enceinte, ce qui rendait tout déplacement rapide très compliqué pour moi.

Pour me rassurer, il m’a répondu mot pour mot :
« Ne t’inquiète pas ma sœur, je vais redéposer tes courses à Carrefour. »

Cela n’a jamais été fait.

Le livreur a ensuite validé la commande comme livrée, alors que je n’ai absolument rien reçu.
Il s’agit d’une commande d’environ 575 €, comprenant près de 80 articles.

Ce qui est particulièrement choquant, c’est que je n’ai jamais communiqué le code de validation “38”, et pourtant la livraison a été confirmée comme effectuée.
Je ne comprends pas comment un livreur peut valider une livraison sans le code client, censé sécuriser la remise de la commande.

Si j’ai commandé en livraison, c’est parce que je suis enceinte et que je ne pouvais pas me déplacer en magasin.
Mon mari et moi travaillons pour nourrir nos enfants, et voir nos courses disparaître sans qu’aucune solution ne soit apportée est totalement inacceptable.

Depuis cet incident, aucune explication, aucun remboursement, aucune prise de responsabilité de la part de Stuart.

Cette situation démontre un manque grave de contrôle des livreurs et un service non fiable.

Stuart est à éviter.

Be aware of fraudulent service

UPDATE: They say they have contacted me via email, but I have received no communication from them!

Be aware of fraudulent service! The driver went to a wrong address and Stuart is refusing to refund me the fee. They have provided photo evidence which is neither of the pick up or drop of location and I have confirmed this via Google Maps with them 3 times. I have also confirmed that the package was picked up and then returned as Stuart cancelled the job. But even with me providing solid evidence they refuse to refund me. They have provided no evidence!
I understand that sometimes errors happens, but stealing money from your clients and refusing to refund without providing evidence is fraud.

Un bande organisée d'escrocs aux…

Un bande organisée d'escrocs aux manettes qui agit en toute impunité. 2 courses avec ce prestataire et 2 expériences cauchemardesques avec à chaque fois des temps d'attente délirants, des livreurs qui se présentent avec des remorques minuscules alors qu'on a commandé (et payé) des livreurs XXL, des vols de marchandise et la cerise sur le gâteau, une livraison facturée 2 fois le 15/07/25 dont je demande le remboursement depuis cette date mais ils font semblant de pas comprendre...
Sachez par ailleurs que cette société ne travaille qu'avec des "indépendants" au numéro et identité masquée, ce qui est très pratique vu que beaucoup de leurs coursiers sont des travailleurs sans papier dont certains ne peuvent même pas tenir une conversation basique en français.
Enfin, sachez que si l'on vous vole de la marchandise, c'est à vos risques et péril. La société se dédouane de toute responsabilité et vous n'aurez que vos yeux pour pleurer.
Cette société aux pratiques mafieuses doit disparaître. En attendant, fuyer !
