Une expérience inacceptable avec Stuart – service non réalisé et refus de remboursement
J’ai commandé et payé une livraison via Stuart pour une course d’environ 10 km dans Paris. Le livreur a récupéré l’enveloppe à 9h57… puis est revenu me la rendre à 10h12, en m’expliquant qu’un autre coursier allait finalement s’en charger.
Sauf que sur l’application Stuart, il a déclaré la livraison comme “effectuée”, ce qui est totalement faux.
Quand on consulte le suivi, on voit clairement :

l’heure d’enlèvement de l’enveloppe,
l’heure de restitution…
et rien d’autre. Comment un coursier pourrait effectuer un aller-retour de 10 km (qui prend au minimum 1h dans Paris) en 12 minutes exactement ? C’est évidemment impossible.

Malgré ces preuves, Stuart refuse de me rembourser une prestation qui n’a jamais été réalisée.
Je suis outré par ces pratiques : c’est trompeur, et ça s’apparente à une véritable arnaque. Je déconseille fortement ce service tant qu’ils ne prennent pas leurs responsabilités.

No pay on my payday

Anyone working as a courier for this company please be aware of the fact that your earnings are NOT guaranteed on a Tuesday as described, this will be in the uk. I’ve been delivering for them for approximately 4 months and up until few weeks ago I noticed that my earnings where 24 hrs late, not a big deal I know but as for this weeks earnings which where due Tuesday 10/03/2026 they are still not in my account, today being Thursday at 6.00pm…I really like delivering for them but the lack of communication and support is absolutely ridiculous.. various emails,driver support ect where sent but to no avail. No explanation as to what has happened and worst of all NO phone number to ring someone and find out what is going on… I really doubt I will be delivering again for them but last weeks earnings need sorting first… just be aware guys and gals. Thanks for taking the time to read this and stay safe…update on this post I received pay on the Friday 13/03/26 the reason from Stuart, a problem processing the wages…

Over 200 Deliveries Completed – Still Chasing Missing Wages and Unpaid Incentives

I have been a courier with Stuart in Birmingham for two months, completing over 200 deliveries, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. While the sign-up process was acceptable, the actual reality of working for this platform is a cycle of exploitation and broken promises.

The most critical issue is that Stuart is failing to pay wages and incentives correctly. I am currently chasing over two weeks’ worth of Quest incentives and base wages. Despite completing the required "5 deliveries per day" for their 7-day incentive, the money has never arrived.

Whenever I attempt to contact support, I am met with a total lack of accountability. I am constantly "fobbed off" with claims that my issue is being "escalated," yet no one ever follows up and no money is paid. The customer service is essentially non-existent; they ignore emails and provide zero transparency regarding where your money is.

Furthermore, the pay rates are insultingly low. They do not account for the reality of delivering in Birmingham—ignoring the time spent traveling to stores, heavy traffic, and constant road blocks. You are essentially working for a company that expects 100% reliability from couriers but offers 0% reliability when it comes to paying them for their labor.

To anyone thinking of joining Stuart: be warned. You will do the work, you will hit the targets, and you will then have to spend weeks begging for the money you are legally owed. Stuart UK, pay me my missing wages and incentives immediately.

Drastic changes need to be made for this company on how the company treats their employees.

service inadapté malgré les informations que nous avons donnée sur la taille du colis

j'ai demandé une course pour transporter un petit meuble, j'ai précisé la taille du colis (extra large). Le coursier arrive à vélo et pense pouvoir caler le meuble au dessus d'une caisse rouge posée à l'arrière du vélo. Il aurait pu tomber, se blesser, ou faire tomber le meuble et blesser d'autres personnes . A quoi sert de choisir la taille du colis ? service client inexistent, seule un chatbot qui répond à côté de la plaque. Plus jamais je n'utiliserai ce service

COMPANY IS A SCAM AND FRAUD!!!!!!

I have all the proof in photos and emails! This company steals from people. They will take your money and scam you! I ordered uniform from the Stuart shop to start they then emailed me with confirmation after taking my money!!! THEN sent no dispatch no tracking!!! It’s £8 almost alone for ndd!! It’s now Wednesday I haven’t received my uniform! I was on chat support on their website with a guy called Mahmoud he took 15 /20 /30 mins each time to respond I was in the chat over a hour ! They said they were helping to track it without even asking for the order number my email or contact number used to place the order! They said if I require further support get in contact!!!!!!!!!! A whole hour in the chat and no one tracked nothing or told me what’s going on. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on this company they just take people’s money and earnings not to mention sending items from the Stuart store!! No way of even calling them! Emailed over 5 times and I’ve got nowhere! They hire unqualified and uneducated people who understanding nothing. Never in my life have I been in a chat box for more than a hour not to mention ever having a response taking 15 minutes!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD AND A SCAM stealing from people!! Please share this further on other platforms for your own good and for others all they will do is take from you they are a stealing fraud scam of a company and customer support in chat are useless they’ll steal ur time as much as your money I don’t even think they understand the responded only 4 times in a hour I have all photos and recording of the chat and this company so pls stay away from it there’s better courier company’s this is clearly a broke fraud company

I have been waiting more than 4 months…

I have been waiting more than 4 months for my onboarding with Stuart Delivery.

I have already paid for my background check and provided all required information, but I still have not received the activation link despite sending multiple emails.

I respect Stuart as a company and truly want to work on the platform, but the lack of communication and excessive delay is causing serious financial hardship.

I kindly ask Stuart Management to review my case urgently.

Désastreux!

Chaque commande livrée par Stuart (des dizaines) se passe de la même manière: Le livreur ne trouve pas mon adresse (pourtant une adresse simple que toutes les autres sociétés de livraison trouvent sans problème). On s'appelle alors et là, il ne comprennent jamais rien (communication en français très difficile). Une fois, j'ai même dû marcher 5 minutes pour aller chercher ma commande car le livreur refusait de bouger de là où il était et en plus il m'a râlé dessus. Et pour couronner le tout, je ne trouve aucun moyen de contacter Stuart.

Je suis livreur pour stuart.

Je suis actuellement a la 3eme semaine
Beaucoup dattente sur certaine période, malheureusement je nai pas acces encore aux autre plate-formes.
Je trouve l'application simple a utiliser pour les livreur, on sait avant si il y a un code, une photo ou quoi pour valider ca cest pas mal.
Niveau revenu cest moyen il nya pas beaucoup de livraison, mais les livraisons sont plutot bien payer je trouve.

Donc plutôt une bonne expérience de maniere générale, mais en vrai plate-forme destiné a etre un complément de revenu (il faut avoir uber ou deliveroo a cote en vrai).
Et bon point quand il pleut ou quoi quil y a des bonus cela est vraiment compatibilise pas comme toute les plate-formez.....

En cas de besoin d'aide sur les courses ils sont top, vraiment jai deja eu des course annulé alors que gt au point de retrait resolu en 2min, client injoignable pareil la procedure est automatisé rapide et simple, pour tout problemes ca va ils sont tres vif sur le chat de lapp

J'ai effectué une demande de livraison. Leur site l'a duplique. Impossible d'annuler soit même le doublon cela crée une erreur sur leur site. J'ai directement contacté le service client à ce sujet. Ils m'ont répondu au bout de deux jours pour me dire qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire et qu'ils ne rembourseraient pas le doublon.
Service déplorable À FUIR.
