I received my order of 3 potted roses from you today and I would just like to say how pleased I am with them
The delivery was fast and arrived exactly when it was promised and the condition of the roses is magnificent, the smell in the boxes was beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from you again

After recently loosing our dog charlie we wanted a rose to remind us of him we looked on style roses website and found a rose Charlie's rose. When i tell you, this is THE best online flower store i mean it.
I couldnt get Gertrude Jekyll in North of Ireland due to Brexit. (David austin stopped shipping) i searched every store on the island of ireland north & south for a solution.

I gave style roses a call and i was prompted that they had them and could ship, lovely customer service by the way.

I had alot of questions as i was nervous not buying directly from david austin himself which was dealt with grace, communication & kindness. Even learnt a thing or two.

I placed my order and was worried about the pruning process (i know im annoying but i was so nervous being so far away & needing them to be right) i was again advised and helped kindly.

Then follow a little bit closer to the time, i called.. again (block my number plz 😂) just to see if it was a genuine david austin which it WAS. They have a license to propagate them 100% identical DNA.

Shipping came immaculate roses are healthy and not broken at all (crazy even the whole way over here!!) cant wait to see them grow

I ordered yet another Whiter Shade of Pale, because she’s so pretty, with a lovely scent, and so reliable. As always, the plant arrived very quickly, but in superb condition - no sign of black spot or rust, and no damage from cheap or careless packaging. The variety of roses on their website is amazing, with many French & NZ varieties, so it’s difficult to choose! A first-class company!

Beautiful rose bush ordered and received. Surprise present which was loved. Really good customer service .

Great speed from ordering to delivery today - well packaged. I ordered a Someone Special rose for my good friend Gladys who passed away in March and is very much missed. Her husband has a flower bed in their back garden that he will plant the beautiful potted rose that already had 6 full flowers in bloom.

I simply cannot fault this company for a superb service. They not only had the rose that I wanted (an uncommon variety), but chose a good quality one, despatching it immediately so that it arrived in less than 24 hours. Extraordinary service, not least because these days it’s so rare.

Ordered the rose “Alice” for my wife, in memory of her late mother. The staff at Style Roses could not have been more helpful in overcoming the difficulties in having it shipped to Northern Ireland and glad to say it arrived safely and within the estimated arrival date.
The rose was lovingly planted in a special place in our garden about 3weeks ago and is already flowering and thriving. Needless to say, my wife is delighted with the rose and it will be a permanent reminder of her mother who was a very special person and much loved by both of us. Customer services were helpful and efficient: the rose 'Rebecca' was dispatched on the specified date, delivered promptly, upright and intact, by courier. I was kept informed of delivery progress by email.
The plant was sturdy, healthy, and well grown, and full of buds.
It was a birthday gift (to a Rebecca) and she was delighted with it.

I ordered Charlie's Rose for my son's teacher. It was so healthy, well packaged and the delivery was fast and pain free. As it is a gift, this was really important and you have ticked all the boxes.
