Never ever buy a product Subzero. They can’t fix a guarantee case within years and will make you pay for trying. Worst product ever, but highly priced.

Slightly frustrating that we need an air filter, water filter replacement combo which is quite frankly run of the mill items. Go on the website, order said parts, thinking they will arrive within days (of course money has been debited). Only to be told 2-3 days later that parts are no in stock and need to wait 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile fridge leaking because these 2 items need replacement.

Worst fridge I ever bought. I have never had to have back up fridges before until I spent a fortune on this unreliable, awful fridge. A very firm DO NOT BUY recommendation! Numerous visits from a tech and STILL stops working for no identifiable reason.

I ordered online a double-pronged water filter, paid £120 for it, and Sub-Zero Wolf delivered to my home a single-pronged filter, sadly the wrong one. I checked the email from
Sub Zero Wolf confirming my order and receipt, and I had indeed purchased the correct one. SZW however delivered the wrong one to my home. How difficult can it be to send the correct one?! The serial number was there, the picture, everything! Very annoying…

Potponed appointment to fix my Range three times.

Insurance purchased July 23 - Nearly up for renewal in July 24.

I wont be renewing - Best to ask local guys to service the range.

Over six Months to come out and fix a fryer. Insurance payment for a year is ridiculous - Best to not pay the insurance. They then have an incentive to come and fix it as you will pay for the repair at time of technician fixing.

Re ordered fridge cartridges from the website. Easy to use and arrived next day.

John is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of Subzero fridges is the highest, better than Gaggenau or Miele. The fridge interiors are light and beautiful with high quality glass compared to the cheaper feeling plastic inside competitor fridges. There are many fridge options suitable for every size and design, plus their wine fridges hold the most bottles compared to competitors. For ovens, the Wolf ovens are elegant and have the only larger width steam oven on the market. Definitely recommend for quality, and as mentioned before it has been a pleasure working with John in the Knightsbridge store.
