We had a service of a range cooker done. We had problems with the gas turing off. It was inspected and cleaned and problem solved. Friendly and professional, can recommend!
Super helpful on the phone arranging the appointment. Engineer was only to happy to advise on preventative measures. Clean, efficient and steam oven is working beautifully again..
This company and its technical team have been extremely disappointing. We bought a washer for our accommodation with nearly 50 residents, and it's been out of order since day one. Despite calling for repairs twice, the service has been subpar. I strongly advise against using this product, as it has been nothing but a hassle.
Gary was professional and very thorough in identifying and fixing the issue with our Dual Range.

Poor customer support. The initial consultation failed to fix the issue and made it worse, then I was told no service engineer was available for two weeks. Have never spoken to the same service agent twice. And all this for £250 per hour….
Delivered wrong part even after taking a lot of trouble to ensure that they had all the right information

Excellent service! I placed 2 orders for the same item in the space of a week and a lovely lady, Jo Butcher, took the time to call, and email me to check that I had intentionally ordered the same thing twice. How many Companies would take the time to do that!
Both of my orders were delivered very promptly.

We’ve been waiting for our Wolf oven to be fixed for months. First appointment, their service engineer sent my wife a text on a Sunday to say he’d be with us early the next day. My wife didn’t pick up the text (which companies send correspondence on Sundays?) and only knew the engineer was arriving when he called her from outside our house - she was on the school run and although she said she wouldn’t be long, he said he couldn’t wait around and that they’d call us back to arrange another appointment. They didn’t call back. My wife chased them and was told an engineer would be round before Christmas. My wife said she thought that would be cutting it fine, as we were expecting a lot of family for Christmas dinner, but the lady assured her it would be fine as the engineers carry spares with them. The engineer turned up on the day and after looking at the oven, said he’d need to order some parts. I asked whether they’d be here ready to be installed for Christmas and the engineer said he certainly hoped so and that we’d hear from the service department in due course. With less than 2 weeks to go until Christmas, my wife chased a couple of times to find out when the parts would be delivered and was told on both occasions that they’d call her back. They didn’t. I called them 5 days before Christmas to find out what was going on and was told the parts wouldn’t be in until the 2nd January. We were therefore left without the oven over Christmas. The customer service we’ve experienced is just completely unsatisfactory. We hardly use the cooker and it still looks like new, but this is the third or fourth time it’s needed repairing, coupled with the extremely poor level of customer service we’ve received, I personally wouldn’t buy another one, as my experience has been that it’s not very reliable. ***UPDATE*** following this review, I received an email from Wolf asking for my contact details - I’ve not heard back yet (job ref. 00113218). Called service department for an update, was told parts now have an ETA 10th January……I really should have asked what year….
Ordering was easy but no information about when it will be delivered.
I am still waiting for the items to arrive.

Bought an M series oven alongside many other wolf and sub zero products. 2.5yrs in and just out of warranty the control panel on the oven seems to have gone rendering a very expensive piece of kit essentially USELESS. Have managed to get engineer - repair costs likely in excess of £600 once parts and labour included. Extremely angry … this should not happen with a premium product weeks before Xmas (note originally told first appointment would be 1 month!!!)
Even before this had issues with oven design … drawers keep coming out on the rails when you open the oven, the front control panel is wobbly and looks a bit cheap. Fridge is great. Avoid the oven
Very welcoming and no pressure. Enjoyed it completely!

Excellent advice over the phone on how to get the stubborn cover off to get to the light bulbs and was pleasantly surprised the bulbs were cheaper direct from subzero than Amazon..
Just had a new M series oven installed and it kept cutting out. My kitchen installation company called service department and they arranged to come out a week later. The engineer contacted me to confirm the appointment and to let me know when he would be arriving. He was dead on time. He was very thorough and found the problem, he checked and double checked to make sure the oven worked correctly. All in all I have no complaint about the product or the service, hence the 5 star rating.
