Fantastic customer service and technical guidance
We had a leak with our almost 20-year old Sub Zero fridge. I have to commend Luke Tyson, the 'case handler' who gave my wife and I, who have zero technical nous, complete confidence that we'd be able to resolve the issue. He emailed us detailed instructions with pictures and to our surprise and delight, he was absolutely right. Needless to say he also saved us what would have probably been an expensive technician callout charge. Immense, Luke

Exemplary customer service
The box containing my order of 3 stainless steel cleaning sprays had broken open and was missing 2 of its contents. Customer service sent out replacements immediately and I received them a couple of days later, for which I am very grateful.

A complete waste of thousands of pounds
we have spent an absolute fortune on a Sub Zero fridge, we were sold it with our kitchen by Tom Howley who described it as the Rolls Royce of fridges and worth the significantly more expensive price tag. It has had one fault after another, we've had to pay expensive call out charges and wait nearly two months for parts from the USA. It has recently been 'repaired' after not working for two months in the summer and is not working again, an engineer will be back in two weeks time.Meanwhile, and thankfully, our 12yr old trusty Samsung in the basement (at one tenth of the price) is saving us. I would not recommend SubZero and feel trapped as our kitchen cabinetry was built around its specifications. N.B. First problems with it occurred at less than a year of age.

Frustrated and disappointed
Frustrated and disappointed by the customer service. New fridge freezer keeps cutting out: service appointment booked (3 week wait) then this appointment cancelled by them and unable to reschedule anytime convenient to me.
