Ordering replacement water and inside…
Ordering replacement water and inside air filter was a bit confusing this go around. The first time I ordered just over a year ago was smooth and easily understandable. This time the water filter gave me enough doubt that I needed to send and Email to Subzero to ask which code number was the correct one for my unit. The response was quick and accurate. I now have the replacement parts code numbers written in my instruction manual.

We ordered a new compressor
We ordered a new compressor, and realized we needed an updated part. We returned the compressor in the box it arrived in (unopened), and contacted the company. Vincent asked for pictures, and then initiated the return. Return and refund was seamless, and appreciate their understanding and support. We are very satisfied with Subzeroparts.

The shipping box was severely damaged and packed with little to no protection.
I ordered the Sub-Zero PKG DISP CNTRL PANEL Part Number 7002944 for my refrigerator and the package was heavily damaged upon receipt. The delicate electronic display was packed with little to no protection such as bubble wrap, etc. Furthermore, there was no indication on the box that it contained a delicate electronic component. I expect more care especially for a $350 part.
