It's when things have gone wrong that you can really tell whether a company deals with things properly or not. The Supa heater I had didn't work out for me for a number of reasons, but Mark and his team couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. Very impressed

First of all the ability to use our hot tub within an hour is great. Before we would have to turn on the hot tub 12 to 24 hours before planned use which didn't always happen, resulting in wasted energy. Second being able to maintain the temp after you get in is also great. No more cooling down to what feels like a tepid temp. Third this inflatable hot tub is sturdier, slightly bigger with stronger bubble flow. The cover fits tighter, preserving heat better and keeping out bugs and debris. Can't comment too much on the filter at this point. It does the job and time will tell if it lasts as long as the hot tub. You do need to remove the rubber seal in the filter cover. Otherwise the outtake hose collapses. No problems since. Lastly Mark is super committed to good customer service. He is happy to take time talking on the phone and any issues or questions have been resolved very quickly. The heater could be more stylish but is very efficient. Draining the hot tub was a bit problematic since we set up about 12 feet from a drain but resolved that with a length of corrugated plastic hose that fit snugly over outlet (was available at our garden center). I would recommend Supas products without hesitation or equivocation.

What exceptional customer service. Have had the Supa Heater about a year. Love it. It then developed a regulator issue. Mark quickly sent out a replacement. As a 69 year old, non technical lady, I was very unsure about how to fit it, so I messaged the company. I received a phone call soon after, and via a WhatsApp video call, Mark talked me right though the process of fitting it and testing it. Thank you so much. My Supa Heater is now working perfectly. Such a brilliant piece of kit and such a great company to deal with.

I have used this now for a little while and it is very good - much better than leaving the electric on.

Is it cheap to purchase? No
Is it worth the money? Absolutely 👍🏻👍🏻

Will pay for itself in no time.

This product has cut my electricity bill in half. We use our tub every week so was left permanantly on. With this heater heating the water from 15-40 degrees in 40 mins is a game changer and the tech backup is good. Mark calls you back if you leave a message. Superb product superb company to deal with

The Supa Heater is excellent. It helps us enjoy our hot tub when we want. No leaving the internal heater on all night to keep the tub hot or waiting hours to get in as it gets up to temperature. The Supa Heater is quick and cheap to use. Also the aftercare, support and troubleshooting is top drawer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mark helped with diagnosing a minor problem setting up and we immediately got the supa heater working. What a game-changer this product is, we no longer have to plan when we want a hot tub session, we just turn it on and less than 40 minutes later, we are in the hot tub. If you are thinking about getting one,just do it, it’s a fantastic thing

I`ve had my Supa Heater for around a month now and as other have said it really is a game changer

Firstly the unit came really well packaged and although there is a bit of assembly required the instructions and images are very clear and well thought out, the bags of nuts and bolts are all numbered and marked with the relevant part they are for , also a handy little bag of spares in case you lose something, it took me around 30mins to have mine put together, its worth also pointing out that the quality of materials used is very impressive, both the body of the heater and the frame are very sturdy, not sure if they are powder coated or painted but they both seem very durable. It looks commercial grade and its also really easy to move about.

On my first use, my lazy spa was sitting at 21 , its quite a big spa and holds 1100 litres but it was up to 40 in 45mins or so, I thought that was very impressive, also because of the way it heats the hot tub , taking the cold water from one corner and the hot going in the opposite corner, unlike the egg that takes in cold and pushes out warm from the same spot, I found the hot tub to be much more evenly heated and definitely stays warmer longer. Overall I think this is a fantastic product, I only wish I bought one sooner.

Also as other have said a special mention to Mark, always responded promptly to emails with good clear information and honest advice.

Absolutely brilliant experience with SUPA Heater. What a product.

It heated my Lazy Spa quickly from cold mains temperature, and this does exactly what it promises — up to 38°C in around an hour, which is seriously impressive.

What really stood out though was the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and delivery was very quick. There was a slight delay with one package due to the courier breaking down, but they kept me fully updated the whole time so it wasn’t an issue at all.

They even followed up afterwards to check everything had arrived, that I was happy with the product, and that it was working as expected — which you don’t often see.

Overall, a super great product backed by genuinely top-notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Ordered my SUPA heater which arrived on a Monday, I started to put it together the following Friday where I found the pump and other associated items were missing. I phoned SUPA and spoke with Mark, he was very apologetic. He then rang me back to say the items were out on next day delivery (Saturday) they arrived Saturday. Had it working Sunday extremely impressed great customer service!

It’s not often a product warrants five stars but this is an exception. Outstanding product and outstanding service/support. Absolute game changer.

Product OK. Very expensive. Always getting E02 codes on the egg now more than before. Stainless steel is showing signs of rust already after about a month of use (maybe not even that). So a little disappointing if I’m honest. Customer service and speed of delivery good. Beware, they say they’re out of stock on website but the moment you order you get a delivery date, so that’s false advertising for me to make buyers think the product is popular when really it’s not…… yet. This is my honest review

Good product at a good price

This is truly an amazing piece of kit. I bought the hot tub with the heater, it’s a game changer in the hot tub experience. I messaged them regarding a query, the same day, Mark, the founder, called me with the fix. First class service and as a disabled person with chronic body pain it’s a life saver!

Spoke to mark personally today, had a small issue which was rectified immediately. Courteous , professional and friendly.

I installed this mesh filter as per instructions and the Spa alarm went off within 1 day saying filter was blocked!
I have cleaned it and put it back on the Lazy Spa, but it shouldn't need changing so quickly

We purchased this recently, we had to speak to customer services which was fantastic and resolved our enquiry within minutes of speaking to Mark.It is easy to assemble and the video showed how to work it. It is definitely our best buy so far this year. I can have long days in our hot tub. PERFECT!! I would definitely recommend this product and company.

Ordered the supa hot tub 3 week's ago. Got the hot tub set up and had fault in the base loosing air, got in touch and another one was sent out and received in 2 days. Unbelievable service. Support is excellent. As for the hot tub, its excellent, heating up from cold in less than an hour and reheating from warm in about 20 mins.
Forget lazy spa, Ive had them. They cost a fortune to run and take hours to heat up.
