Initial problem resolved the next day. Spoke to Mark at 5.45 pm , replacement item received at 9.05 the following morning. Fantastic after sale service. Since then been running smoothly, absolutely delighted with the product. No more planning ahead as warms up so quickly. Been around 15mins for use on consecutive days bit longer when didn't use for a couple of days, and its still only March! Happy wife happy life!

Supa Hot tub and heater arrived a few weeks ago...took me a while to set up( at sale price!). Mark responded immediately to my emails and issues! Fantastic customer service, could not fault Mark and Shelly for their assistance. Heater warmed hot tub up in just an hour, ready for the girls to come and test it out! Thrilled! Diolch :)

Amazing product well worth the money
Since I bought it I wanted to see if it was true about how quick the tub heats up. From an empty tub to being full at 40degrees was a little over an hour. Exactly what I wanted. No one likes waiting these days. Also needed some after service after one of the products was slightly damaged in transit, mark ( the owner) was brilliant and sent me the new part out next day, also was so helpful with any questions I had. They also show that you can stand on the Hottub and lid once it was inflated and the answer is yes you can o tried it. it’s a solid construction overall brilliant product top job 👍

I was really apprehensive at first having to put kit like this together from scratch and yes it did take an evening of reading the instructions and figuring it out but OH MY! What a result and to top it all I even connected the gas tank...no mean feat considering a screwdriver is a foreign object..
This product is amazing and it works, I fill my holiday let hot tub through the SUPA from my cold tap and have instant hot water...THIS IS A GAMECHANGER for guest changeovers, so easy to use, and now I have more efficient energy bills too. I did ring the team as I had a question, and had a fab phone call with conversational answers which was very much appreciated. Just wish I had purchased you sooner

Supa Heater arrived with courier damaged pump. Shelly and Mark responded immediately to my telephone call and a new pump was sent out within 2 working days and everything now up and running. Fantastic customer service, could not fault Mark for his assistance. Heater warmed cold lazyspa up in just a couple of hours, very satisfied with first use.

We own two holiday lets both with hot tubs, changeovers can be a manic experience trying to empty and refill both tubs within the 5 hour window and have them up to temperature for when the guests arrive. Until now we have actually avoided double changeovers and staggered our bookings as it was just too stressful. We researched the market and recently purchased a Supaheater. Now, not only can we refill a hot tub and have it up to temperature in just over an hour, due to the current energy crisis we are also saving massive amounts on our fuel bills.

The heater comes well packaged and although I was worried regarding assembly (having had many assembly nightmares in the past) the instructions are supa (sorry) easy to follow. I phoned Supa with a query once installed and up and running and Mark was really helpful (and actually talked me out of spending more money on my current set up)

I you have holiday lets with hot tubs then I strongly advise you to purchase a Supaheater...you won't regret it, you will experience an almost instant reduction in both stress and cost when managing your changeovers!

I was sceptical about this product at first but when we tried it, I was really surprised how quickly it heated our hot tub up, even in winter. It means we can use the tub anytime we want instead of having to plan ahead when the suns out to heat it with solar panels. 1 hour 20 minutes is the longest it’s taken from 8 degrees upto 40 degrees.
We did have a slight problem with the gas valve sticking, but the customer service is absolutely fantastic and they sorted the problem out straight away.

Great product that does the job exceptionally well. Delivery was as scheduled and packaging was high-quality with good installations and user manual.

Product arrived safely and the instructions are really well done. Each set of nuts and bolts marked and linked in the instructions .
The tub is strong and solid when blown up. Plenty of room for four people , coming from a lazy spa, it’s huge .
As for running this tub it’s a game changer , instead of waiting 24 hours for the tub to heat this is ready to go in less than an hour . This changes the way we use it now. When you don’t use it it’s off not using any energy.
I changed the double socket to a WiFi model so I can control the pump from my phone and run a circulating schedule every day.
I can wait form them to make a hard shell tub which would be an amazing up grade .

I don't typically write reviews but I couldn't really help myself. The product just works!!! I was looking for a way to heat up an old baptism pool located in my local church building. The Supa heater was able to supply hot water directly from a tap outside the building into the pool! A special thank you to Mark. He was brilliant, professional and took time to explain the best way to use the Supa heater. I highly recommend this because it has truly made a difference.

Can’t believe a Company these days would actually FaceTime you back regarding a small issue with my heater sorted the problem fantastic piece of kit very cheap to run. My hot tub will definitely be keeping an eye on all the accessories up-and-coming and a big thank you to Mark.

First time hot tub owner here and after doing my research the Supa looked fab. Mark and the team have been great with support and the product is fab. It does exactly what it says it would and keeps our running costs low. The build instructions that come packaged with the Supa where a little confusing but the ones emailed to us with our order where spot on and showed clearly what to do. I had a question about some of the assembly and Mark was fab on the phone. All in all its been a great experience
