My experience with Micheal was a good one, arrived on time,friendly polite & came across as very professional in carrying out his job.would highly recommend.

Booked online with the interest free credit option. Guy turns up to do work, all great. Then hands me card machine for full payment. Tell him I already paid £125 deposit & am doing credit. He asks to see email, I haven't got anything. He rings head office who were meant to send all paperwork to be signed etc. They will do it now. After ages nothing. He has other jobs to go to & either I pay or chip would have to be removed! Had to pay balance on credit card.
On my Ecosport 140 the remap was great but...
MPG dropped from 38-40 to 32-36
Had 8 cars remapped, never with such a loss.

Simon went out of his way to fit me in to his already busy week .phoned before arriving letting me know exact time he would be with me .when arrived he explained the process ,checking the car for any faults before applying map .then 20 minutes later car was done very happy and great service ,car feels great 👍

Hi I recently had a remap for my Mitsubishi l200 that was struggling to tow our horse box, the difference after the remap is outstanding it now tows with an abundance of torque and power, also the technician Steve who did the job was very informative and knowledgeable, I will not hesitate to recommend superchips to anyone and are extremely happy with the results, Many thanks Karl Clay

Great service from Michael @ Superchips! The appointment had to be rearranged due to scheduling but he let me know as far in advance as possible, and was very helpful in providing an ETA on the day of the fitting.

The work was carried out quickly at my home and was ready to test drive the car within the hour. Would definitely recommend 👍

My car was remapped by SuperChips. Michael was the technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable during the whole process and before as I had to reschedule a few times due to my work schedule.

Michael confirmed the appointment the day before via text. On the day of the appontment; he informed me of his ETA about an hour before, kept me updated as he traveled to me and called when he was outside. Before he started work he asked if I had any questions and answered them, then explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it that way (removing the ECU vs using ODB2 connector). When doing the work he knew exactly where everything was in my engine bay and the whole process took less than 30mins. Then he made sure the car wasn't giving any fault codes and asked me to take it for a test drive and everything was as expected. Overall it was a very professional and swift service and I would definitely recommend it and have it done again if I change cars.

It's almost been 3 weeks now daily driving the car and I don't have any issues to report (hopefully it stays that way). Thank you Michael.

Communication on the day was excellent. Michael was extremely polite and professional. I am extremely happy with the remap on my VW Golf TDI.

The fitter Michael arrived on time on the planned day, good Comms throughout, answered all of my questions relating to the remap & the removal of carbon to the engine. All took about 1 hour, my F20 1 series 116D is now much more responsive & the torque is great!

I didn't like it at all, the technician came, put the tester in, checked for half an hour, told me that the control unit wouldn't let him do the mapping and asked me for the 65 pounds for the call and left without offering a variant for my car, I paid because I don't like to cause problems but if it was a serious company he shouldn't have asked for anything

A mix up in calendar dates was quickly sorted out and Liam from remapkings came to my house to work on the car. My wife dealt with Liam and we also spoke on the phone, he was very friendly, helpful and thorough on explaining diagnostics and the information needed to take care of the car.
After driving the car now it feels like a completely different car, no latency, much faster and the power is just there when you want it. For the price it’s changed my CLA from a car I didn’t really enjoy driving to something I can really have fun with. Would highly reccomend.
