Good service.
Returns phone calls quickly. Answers all questions. My insurance renews yearly. They send the renewal papers well in advance so one can go over the coverage and make any changes.
I’ve never had a claim so I can’t advise on that.

I had a fraud issue on my visa and had…
I had a fraud issue on my visa and had to obtain a new one. I forgot to change the visa information for payment. I was busy with work and wasn't checking my secondary email and was notified by mail when it was too late that they discontinued the house insurance. I would have expected a call or something, a text before shutting down insurance. I was very discouraged and disappointed and I couldn't get in contact to get it reestablished asap so I called another company to get it asap with another company. I will be looking to change the car insurance in the future I was without insurance without validating that I was not paying.
