A great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication (which is a rarity these days) from Lauren and George, very helpful and informative. Boiler installation by Jeff, who was a joy. Timely, very experienced, meticulous - and worked right through from the minute he got here until the minute he left (again, a rarity!) A five star experience from the whole team.

Very friendly people at Surrey Gas! My initial request for a quote for boiler replacement was followed up immediately by Lauren, and George arrived next day to provide a fixed price for the job. Michael arrived at 7.30 on the agreed date for the installation, and completed the job by 3 p.m. It was a very tidy job, at a competitive price.

I am very pleased I chose Surrey Gas, and will continue to use them for annual servicing of the boiler.

Our boiler was installed in one day.

I recently moved into my new home and the existing boiler needed replacing. I contacted Surrey Gas and George came in person to view and explain the work needed.
I accepted his quote and the new boiler was installed last week by Darren, who was exceptional. He worked all day, replacing not just the boiler but one radiator which wasn't working and checking all the others. The whole system is now working perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

We had a disappointing experience with Surrey Gas. We paid a large amount of money for the new boiler installation. The engineer did not consult with us or fit the two port switch. Then did not reply or provide quote to fit it retrospectively. This left us with a large additional expense, which was unexpected and costly.

Surrey Gas did an excellent job in installing our new boiler. Lauren in the office kept in contact throughout the whole process. Darren, who carried out the installation was very courteous and worked with minimal disruption to our lives.

Really happy with the service and the cost was reasonable. I was concerned that the total job cost would go through the roof when we decided to upgrade to a higher spec boiler.

The change in price was relative to the cost of the higher spec boiler - no hidden charges.

The follow up was exceptional.
Surrey Gas is now our go to company for our heating needs. They'll also be doing our annual service!

A competitive, fixed price quote was advised at the outset. This was held to on completion and the new boiler was installed on the agreed day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Gas.

5 star service from start to finish. Excellent knowledgeable advice at the quotation stage, with no pressure to accept. Fitting date was only two weeks wait. Fitter was friendly and very efficient, quick and very tidy. Boiler fitted and working in under five hours. New boiler working very well, appears to be using less gas that our old one. Initially with Lauren in the office,who is so friendly and helpful on the phone, to George who surveyed the work,and is so efficient and knowledgeable ( I received a very reasonable estimate the same day) , through to Geoff the engineer who installed our new boiler with minimal disruption. He was a very calm and friendly guy. Geoff sheeted up the working area and checked we were happy with the positioning of the new boiler and pipes before starting work . He was happy to answer all our questions as we were replacing an old 50 year old boiler. He worked methodically, was very neat and tidy and nothing was too much trouble.
