Speedy service a neat job and a keen price

Very happy with the service provided by Surrey Gas. The team was professional, efficient, and the work was carried out to a high standard. I dealt with George who was very professional. I would highly recommend Surrey Gas wholeheartedly.

Was expecting a cold day but Surrey Gas installed
a new Worcester Bosch boiler in less than half a day.
Warm as toast now writing this.
Excellent service and communications from quote to end.
Fitment of replacement pump and filtration with no problems.
Will consider using again if any other works required.

Superb service from quote to installation, good communication, turned p on time and installed the new boiler within the day making minimal mess and what mess they made they cleared up before leaving. Surrey Gas have been marvellous. We reached out to four companies for a boiler quote and opted for Surrey Gas. Their quote was competitive but more importantly after meeting with George, we had confidence that we were in safe hands. The installation was completed a few days ago and we are very happy with the new boiler / cylinder and the overall service we have received. A great friendly company to work with……. We went with Surrey gas as they were very attentive from start to finish.
They also happened to be the cheapest, but the service from qoute to installation was very good. Very happy would certainly recommend Surrey gas.

From getting my quote to the boiler being installed was quick and easy. I was kept informed each step of the way. Paul fitted my new boiler, he was prompt, friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the boiler and how to set times etc on the thermostat. I recommend this company 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a visit and quote and promptly booked in for the works. We needed a complete removal of an old boiler, which was located in the bedroom. We wanted a brand new boiler installed downstairs. George was very helpful and was able to workout how a new boiler would fit into our desired space. The work was completed within two days and I was very happy that the removal of the old boiler was completed with pipes capped just how I needed them to be under the floor boards ready to be covered for the room to now be decorated. The new boiler is fantastic and installed just how we had hoped. Thank you Surrey Gas team. Highly recommended and we will be booking further services in the future with them as a trusted and reliable company.

George came around a week or so ago and quoted me for a boiler replacement - he offered me various options. The quote was much cheaper than BG and other quotes. As agreed he came at 8.45am today and installed it by 1ish. Surrey Gas will come around in a year time to do a service. Absolutely brilliant and impeccable service! Surrey Gas highly recommended.

Polite and courteous from initial enquiry and throughout the job. Excellent trade skills, could not fault the relocation and installation of our new boiler, clean and tidy workman, would highly recommend.

Engineer on the day was extremely professional and efficient .

It was an easy transaction liaising with Surrey gas who communicated effectively and quickly considering our boiler was broken. Paul, who came out to fix the boiler was informative and super helpful, really appreciated how hard he worked to resolve our issue. He was also 20 minutes early which was fantastic!!

I cannot fault Surrey Gas, George gave me an over the phone quote & following a site visit the quote only marginally went up & it was the most reasonable quote provided having contacted a number of companies. The boiler provided was also superior with a ten year warranty.
Paul who completed the work, was very efficient, clean, tidy and helpful completing the work in shorter time than estimated.
I would deff recommend this company & would certainly use them again.

We’ve just had our boiler and couple of radiators changed by Surrey gas. George and Paul did a fantastic job from quote to completion. They were friendly, tidy and very knowledgable, communication was excellent and they turned up when arranged every time. Job was completed within a day. A couple of issues we had with odd radiators (old ones) after installation were sorted quickly by George a few days later, he was also happy to explain the more technical stuff to me which I like, definitely recommend them! :0)
