Contact this company direct by phone to ask a few questions about a 2.4kw infrared heater that I wanted to buy. Dee answered all the questions and was really helpful. Placed order with him. Would like to try the smaller version in due course.

The heater was delivered to me the next day. Wow,what a service. It's a modern looking heater and the remote features work well. I'm really pleased I purchased. Thank you.

After prompt delivery the infrared panel had a poor finish on the front of the unit. I contacted Surya Heating and got and almost immediate response from Georgia in Customer Services, that the panel would be collected and replaced as soon as possible. All done over a couple of days, very helpful indeed.

I had a complicated query about sourcing an additional fixing component for a ceiling mounted radiant panel previously delivered, and the telephone advice line was very good; my call was answered quickly, and the person who answered was able quickly to determine the catalogue number etc. of the component I needed, and was friendly and helpful to deal with.

I have purchased from Surya a couple of times and very happy with service, most recent is an infra red bar heater for a kitchen wall, it looks fresh and modern, the heat is good and the dogs love lying under it.

The delivery and communication with the Surya staff was excellent but I was disappointed with the panel heater. It was very slow to heat the room though it was the recommended size for the area.

We have been using Surya to supply our business with IR Heaters for 3 years now and Dee is our business contact. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we get our orders quickly and advising on the best products to use.
On our last order Dee was exceptional and help us get our customers 2 Personalised images onto their heaters.

Spoke to Dee and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and we sorted out what would be the best for my needs. We agreed a delivery date and it was delivered on time, by a good courier. Can't say about the products as they will not be installed for a couple of weeks.
UPDATE
Saturday 20th April 2024 installed the ceiling heaters and found some parts missing. E-mailed Dee about it
and on the Monday he informed me that a replacement pack would be sent out. They arrived on the Wednesday. excellent service.

I absolutely love these heaters - so much so, that I think I'm keeping Surya Heating busier than most.

I started with one in our showroom, then purchased 7 for our office, stairs, WC refurbishment.

After that came our home workshops (which were freezing), home office etc and I'll recommend them to anyone who's looking for heat.

Dee was great at giving us advice at every stage and we're more than pleased with the heat they belt out.

We're now comfortable and warm, can set them on a timer, or switch them on remotely from our phones thanks to the WiFi link.

I'd recommend you to give them a try. We no longer have to heat the rest of the house for me to be warm in my home office. I'm no longer blue from the cold when I get up early to work - I can be warm and comfortable without wasting energy elsewhere.

I pre ordered a 3kw wall bar heater. Simon in sales was knowledgeable and friendly. I was kept up to date with the delivery situation. I changed my delivery date for personal reasons and it was easily done. Delivery was prompt and the agent helpful.
I have just had the heater installed and am very pleased with it. The features on it allow for easy control. Powerful flexible output.

ordered a helios heater on the 20th January, it is now 26th February and has now turned up today but its the wrong heater, when i purchased the heater it did not mention it was low or out of stock, on the 26th January they sent an email saying it was on pre order terms so i waited patiently but they sent emails trying to fob me off with some other heater which i did not reply to.Today the heater they tried to fob me off with turned up and is also cheaper than the money they received.

I installed 3 of the Infra Red Nexus panels. A 700W in a room 3.5x2.5x2m and 2x350W in a room 5x2.5x2m.

I installed these in Dec2023 and they have been running 2 months. Rarely in that time has any room got above 10C starting from around 4C. It takes an entire day to gain 6C degrees and the rooms remain cold. The panels themselves are hot but they just do not heat a room & just burn electric for no heat. I used their online calculator to decide what size wattage the rooms needed. I can maybe understand why the 2x300W struggle as there are large windows in the room, but the workshop space is a small enclosed space and permanently cold with a 700W heater on all day.

There were also initially a lot of wi-fi connection issues, connect and disconnect. Customer services had no clue but I found the error was the panels connecting to my home network at the wrong band. I had to set up a dedicated 2ghz wifi to get to work - not exactly plug and play for beginners.

Customer services were intially helpful but vastly overloaded and became less helpful over time, just hoping if they ignored me I would get fed up. Disappointing.

Difficult thing is that the panels are operating so not as such faulty. Bottom line though is that they do not deliver the advertised benefits and are incapable of heating even the smallest enclosed space.

UPDATE: following the above an extremely helpful customer service rep called Georgina called, took ownership of the issue and came to a mutually acceptable resolution. I can not fault the turn around once a proper person got involved - review upgraded as a result

Terrible customer service. Its been 4 months since I ordered two infra red panels which were both faulty. I still don't have 2 working panels and I've had to purchase additional heaters to get me through the winter. Terrible Terrible service!!

Edit following response from Surya Heating: Disappointing to receive this factually incorrect response. I did not refuse the options suggested, I simply insisted that I must be sent a replacement before I would return the faulty panel as I couldn't be left without any heating at all with two small children in the winter. Even a faulty heater is better than no heater!!

What I find most disappointing is the lack of acknowledgement of the poor customer service. Yet again, a week after sending an email confirming how I would like to proceed I have had to chase for a response. I still don't have a replacement heater!!! The saga and disappointment continues.
