There was a lag in receiving calls. I couldn't set up WhatsApp. I have canceled after a couple of days and they refunded

Be careful
Be careful. Minimum 90 day contract for what i believed to be a 30 day rolling service. Then another 30 days notice period to exit. So 4 months charges just for a digital landline i didn't use. Will not recommend. Sorry i signed up. Will try Air landline in the future, there is no contracts or "legal emails from customer support" who make you feel intimidated that you locked into contracts and MUST pay extra 30 days to leave.

I used the online chat to resolve a log…
I used the online chat to resolve a log on issue I was facing. It was all resolved and we were able to access our app again. I also asked to separate two accounts which I thought might be a nightmare to sort - it wasn’t! It was done straight away and I’m good to go. Thanks to Zoe for her patience and help!

Not the best experience
Not the best experience, it took nearly a week to get support to set up the voip phone, it was then auto configured to charge for basic services without making it clear they were chargeable take care using this company as there not that customer focused

Easy to set up
The Sales team went above and beyond to ensure that we had the UK area code that we needed to match our address. The sign up was easy to do and the line was active immediately after payment and download of the desktop and mobile app was completed. There was a glitch a few days later with connectivity which was resolved with a reset our end.

Zoe was very helpful in setting up my account. I was having technical issues but she was fantastically knowledgeable and supportive in rectifying the issues.
Highly recommend SeitchboardFree for those wanting a great virtual landline, with great customer support.
