The appointment was in time. The doctor was lovely and understood and asked the right questions. I had a uti. You take the code to any chemist. They have phone numbers etc. the whole process was easy and quick and saved me 6 hours in A and E. Would use again.

Really excellent. I had tried unsuccessfully to obtain an appointment with my GP surgery. tapGP gave me an appointment the same day at a time that suited me. The doctor listened to me, explained everything clearly and issued a prescription, which was being sent to me. It was all so simple and comfortable as it should be. Highly recommended. I will certainly be using tapGP again.

Got an appointment the same day, very easy to book. The Doctor was on time with my call and so thorough and kind. I had confidence with his recommendation of antibiotics as I was due to go on holiday and needed a prescription quickly. I never felt rushed, it was an excellent experience all round. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thank you 😊

Amazing service, highly recommend it. The appointment was on time, and the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable, and very kind with my 8yo son. They also re issued the prescription for an equivalent product the pharmacy had in stock - very practical!

Fantastic service; GP was friendly, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Made the whole process very straightforward and I will certainly use TapGP again for those common niggles that are too much for a pharmacist but don't need an in-person appointment. Highly Recommended.

My sons inhaler ran out and local surgery is a pita to get repeat prescription. Needed it as he was pretty bad but surgery being unhelpful.

The Dr on this service was very thorough and friendly and I am grateful to be seen within 2 hours. I asked for two inhalers which was processed as two prescriptions which doubled the prescription cost to £30, if this hadn't happened it would be 5 stars. Sad that things have got like this, but local GP surgery are not interested in working and have limited calling hours.
