Logged in this morning and made 4.15 appt ,Dr very professional given a prescription for antibiotics which by 5pm I had in my hand .
Couldn’t get NHS appointment for 18days . This service is well worth the cost .

Easy to use to book appointments. Call on time and had a prescription emailed whilst still on the call. Great service.

I’ve used this service several times, mainly because our local GP surgery is rated as inadequate (which it really is). I was a little dubious and nervous about using an online GP but in my experience TapGp provide an excellent service. The app itself is very easy to use, appointments are readily available and very reasonably priced, and the doctors I’ve seen are friendly, approachable and thorough. Very impressed and relieved to have this resource available.

Oh my… this service it was so good. Saved me hours in a A&E. I strongly recommend if you don’t need an emergency service.

The gp I spoke to was lovely , very knowledgeable and reassuring. I used tapGP after trying my own gp and 111 without any luck. I would definitely use again. It was easy to do , picking up the prescription was easy too. It was money well spent.

Excellent experience. Timings were perfect and the doctor extremely thorough and very helpful. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his desire to discuss both the context and history of my complaint. The proposed resolution was shared and agreed which meant that I could acquire a very much needed prescription out of hours at a weekend. The neatly pre-emptied my alternative of waiting several days before I could access my own GP.

Fantastic service. The doctor was very thorough and good with our 3 year old. We had our consultation and within the same hour were collecting medication for our son with tonsillitis.
