The doctor was kind, asked good question and listened well.

The doctor was very thorough in obtaining my medical history, and having me test my blood pressure, pulse and O2 levels, before recommending treatment. His treatment plan was in line with published NHS guidance and I felt I had made the right choice in using tapGP.

System worked well, doctor on time and great to be able to get an appointment- very good doctor with great advice.

I was impressed with this service as they rang me before my consultation to advise that I was unable to obtain a prescription of a controlled substance for pain relief from a doctor that was not my own physician. They suggested other pain relief and refunded the payment as the pain medication is the only one that works for me.

Worth every penny! Our own GP couldn’t see my daughter for another 2 days and as her cough was getting increasingly worse and not slept in days I looked into this and glad I did. Really nice doctor, listened to everything, was thorough and issued a prescription for my child for tonsillitis which I knew he had as suffers regularly, it’s a Saturday and couldn’t bear the thought of a&e or 111 as was unwell myself. Great service - will use again 🙂
