My bookshelf was damaged I sent a picture of the damage and then they asked for the receipt I sent that as well and I still have not been made whole. This is terrible and it should not take that long. Terrible service never ever again

Nice nice service

This was subcontracted to you from Caddy. It was a very confusing process as I was getting messages from both organizations. Plus your messages also referred to Dolly. I had already booked something with Taskrabbit outside of Caddy & it was not clear which delivery I was getting messages about. I kept asking to speak with a representative as everything was time sensitive and I was never instructed how to call. I found a phone # for your support about 4 hrs into the process. Communicating via email was very difficult as we were in the midst of a move and I didn't have access to internet or a computer. I received several notices that the task booked and then not. I received several notices that I needed to take action right away but these did not get sent via text. I was not able to respond quickly via email. It was stressful and upsetting.

He called me and we set the date time for pick up at a 3rd house for the couch. He was there on time. They packaged everything with wrap and protected the couch properly and even put some cushions in my car too. Very helpful, professional, fast, great cooperation. Made it to my house before me and waited for me however neighbor let them in my house per my request to set up couch until I got there. No problems! Great service thank you!! Totally worth using Carlos!

order came hours late. order delivered to the mailroom not my apartment. the item is something I can't move myself

Very professional, efficient and on time

They delivered to the wrong address. It was not even the correct street name. It was not even CLOSE to the correct street spelling. They delivered about 2 miles away. Luckily the people there felt compelled to deliver the items to the correct address-which they had NO trouble finding! I would give a 0 if I could.

The delivery was made fast, delivery crew was very polite, brought everything in with care, it was an amazing experience

Didn’t show up for services

The helpers were very friendly but they were rough with my furniture/boxes and damaged some items. They also moved at a slow pace. I paid a flat rate so it didn't have an economic impact on me but they mentioned time constraints that didn't align with the pace they were moving at. Overall I would say you get what you pay for. I don't have nice furniture so it's okay that some items were damaged.

Great experience! The couch would not fit in the elevator and the delivery team still delivered the couch via stairs where most services would have left it in the lobby.
