Easy to book. Process was communicated clearly. Staff was professional and polite.

I managed to move, and the movers themselves were helpful, but my original choice of truck was swapped to a van last minute (because they had no availability), with no credit back for the inconvenience. They also fail to disclose that tip will be asked at the end of the move

I paid for in-home delivery with IKEA. The Tasker had to leave my delivery in my hallway, not the room requested because he could not figure out how to make it work. It was a little disappointing since other deliveries had been made with the same materials to the space that I requested. He did not seem to be able to think beyond bringing my delivery through my front door. Even that seemed like it was a bit of a challenge.

The original tasker cancelled and Travis B was available and flexible with the time. The whole process was seamless.

The delivery driver left the couch on the front porch when I requested it to be delivered into the house. The driver also did not contact me when the couch was actively being delivered, so I did not know the delivery was happening until he had left and the automated message told me the delivery was complete 10 minutes after they had left.

The task was pretty simple. Remove my old exercise bike. I liked the delivery persons timeliness which is important yo me. I’d use you guys again.

The taskers were great but my interactions w the site were horrible after booking. I kept getting texts about my job w no way to get confirmation on details of my task either on the site or by texting back.

The driver that delivered my item was real gentleman. Kind, skilled and good attitude. Answered all my questions with smile. he did a very clean job.many thanks for the job well done

The truck showed up on time. The workers did a good job of taking everything I asked them to take and moving it to my new apartment in pouring rain and humidity and up 2 flights of stairs. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and nothing was broken or missing. It was a little messy but that is to be expected with the weather. The entire move took them about 3.5 hours. The movers were friendly despite less than ideal conditions.

On our pack up - the movers arrived and did a good job but ended early and still pressured for a tip.

On my drop of the movers arrived, said they needed to run somewhere and would be right back - and then 90 minutes later they canceled the support on me which was 2 hours after they were supposed to to start because they had been 30 minutes late to begin with so then I had to unload my truck with just my wife and I while managing our 3 small kids.

I reached out to customer service but they told me there was nothing they could do - and because the packers had canceled I couldn’t give them a formal review to warn others about their unprofessionalism

Excellent contact with tasker. Did the job efficiently. Polite and a pleasure to deal with. This was my first time using task rabbit. I will do so again after this experience.
