Our movers were excellent! This was a tough move with a lot of stairs on the hottest day of the summer. They handled everything with a great attitude and were complete professionals, taking great care to not damage anything! All arrived safe and sound. We highly recommend our movers!

The movers were professional and courteous.
They completed the task as expeditiously as possible. They loaded and unloaded in a manner that was thoughtful and without damage.

the two movers we had were extremely efficient and helpful on such short notice (we requested movers the day before). truly a blessing and we are so thankful for them and this service.

Professionalism

Scheduled time was 12.30-2.30. But actual delivery was at 6 pm due to multiple deliveries . It’s fine as driver kept informing status

Delivery was scheduled between 11am-1 pm. Item did not get there until 5pm. Called customer service and they called the delivery person which did not answer their call.

Missing parts

Driver was courteous and friendly, however I'm baffled by the fact that only one person showed up to deliver 2 PAX Wardrobe, I had to assist him with getting them inside my home. Recruited help to get them upstairs. Additionally, if I did not step outside to inquire about my delivery I believe he would have left the items sitting in my driveway. Never again, I'll get a truck!

Arrived quickly at my work and didn’t have extra packaging and was as expected from the store with no issues. Thank you!

They broke 2 expensive tables
Damaged the communal hallway of the building and had to pay for that
Stay away from them!

Quick efficient. They did it so fast I couldn’t believe it.

The delivery driver should not have been delivering furniture. My items were damaged during delivery - the table was face down in his truck, and they did not wrap it in a blanket when they brought it in. There were huge scratches all over it as a result. He even asked us if we could help bring up the table since he was by himself. We couldn’t, so he had to wait for a helper to arrive.
When I filed a claim for the damages to my table, I could only get $300, since that was the limit unless you purchased additional insurance, which was never offered to me.
My advice is to purchase extra insurance and do your research on the driver they assign to you. I did not know that Dolly was Taskrabbit when I purchased the table. Had I known, I would’ve been a lot more thorough in choosing the delivery driver.
