My delivery was scheduled for Sunday 6/17. It kept getting canceled. Then rescheduled. Didn't get my delivery until 6/19. Once it got pick up. Everything was fine. The delivery team was GREAT.

We paid for 2 people to help but only…

We paid for 2 people to help but only one of the people who showed up was capable of helping move the furniture and they had me help them move the furniture. They started to close the van and try to leave when they saw where we needed the couches to go saying that they could not get them up there.

Inappropriate and undisclosed additional fees…

The move itself went well but I was charged double the cited amount due to an “adjustment charge” equal to the initial fee itself that was not confirmed with me by the helper prior to the move or during the move itself. Essentially I was charged double the cited price for no clear reason. When I inquired about the charge, the Dolly customer service rep cited me to guidelines that were vague and offered no guidance or help at all. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.

My driver was phenomenal but the price was steep

My driver was phenomenal. However, $800 to move only 6 or 7 large item's (of which I helped the mover with) is absurd. I only moved 1 mile away. The 4-star review is because the helper Heriberto was great. He deserves a 5-star… but I can only imagine how much profit Dolly kept of the $800 I paid… I should give the experience a 3 star. As the date for help neared, I never received an email or anything from Dolly reminding me to prepare. Thankfully in the app you can coordinate with the driver ahead of time. But still, a friendly reminder would’ve been nice. I still can’t believe I paid that much… Either way, 5-star for the driver but 3-star for the app experience. I’ll give you a 4-star to meet in the middle.

The staff were a little unprofessional…

The staff were a little unprofessional and I requested for them to disassemble my bed because it wouldn’t fit through my new house door and they insisted to not disassemble it but later had to anyways. They also did not wrap my bed frame and it got some stains during the process of moving from being on just regular street grounds…

The absolute worst service

The absolute worst service. i used them for years and had zero issues, something has changed and it is awful since they are owned by taskrabbit. i took the day off work and they never showed, customer service said they cancelled the order because thy needed to verify my account but never contacted me. never ever use these guys again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was easy and convenient

It was easy and convenient. I made the reservation online. It was accepted right away. The timeline of pick up from the store was made quickly. And, everything went according to plan. My product was picked up and delivered on the date and time scheduled.

Dolly is a great service offered by Ikea. Our delivery driver Jack informed us with our derlivery time , he as on time, and respectful to our purchase. I would Definitively recomend Dolly and would use them again.

Horrible Delivery Experience!!

Your third-party delivery guys were horrible and not only put scratches but a very noticeable dent on washer. When delivery guys arrived at the house, I saw them using a mattress as a cushion to prevent scratches and being banged around in the bed of the truck. They had rope tying
down both items but that didn't prevent the damages.

No large moving blankets were used to wrap up items therefore preventing damages. Delivery guys showed lack of concern for our products and just wanted to make the delivery. Very unprofessional and I will not be recommending Dolly to my friends or family for their needs.

After speaking with Best-Buy, we were able to return the washer and received it a week later. This totally defeated the purpose of using your company since we were planning to install the machines that week. Your company definitely needs to do a better job vetting people who are delivering on behalf of your organization.

Next time, I will rent a U-Haul myself and do the delivery. Waste of $145 would be nice if your company refunded my money or at least partial payment back. Thank you
