Taxfix UK (formerly TaxScouts) Opiniões

Fast, efficient and easy service. Quick responses to questions and helpful

Fast and reliable. Always available to answer questions

I have been using Taxscout/Taxfix for several years now and always find the process straightforward. Once relevant questions are answered, your assigned accountant prepares the return for you. I was assigned Lilian Skinner at the start and have continued with her now each year I use the service which enables a rapport to develop. She has always been very professional and extremely helpful with explanations along the way. I will continue to use their service in the future in order to make a somewhat onerous task much simpler.

I’ve used Taxfix for 3 years now and always been assigned Chris C as my accountant! He’s a life saver, as I would have no clue where to start with my tax returns! He’s always been super quick with responses and getting things actioned. Couldn’t recommend Taxfix more!

My accountant makes sense of the documents I send through— answers questions quickly and gets the form submitted in short order

The whole service provided by Taxfix was a good seamless one. My accountant was very professional and patient. She clearly answered all my queries and they were many. I would definitely recommend Taxfix without hesitation.

I find the process super easy to follow. The turnaround time is brilliant and I would recommend to anyone.

I was promptly responded to and all the taxes were all done

Thank you for simplifying what could have been a very complex and difficult tax return.

Very quick service and great communication

Quick low cost option for accounting, good communication and ease of approval.

Good fast service, thank you

Fast. Efficient. And human contact!

Amazing!!!!! Cannot believe how straight forward this was, i was dreading it and it was soo quick and simple. Thank you so much!!

Currently in process, so I'll update my review once everything is complete.

So far, communication has been confusing.

I provided my pension statements, including all contribution dates, but I wasn't sure whether the relevant date was the due date or the paid date for determining which tax year it belonged to. I told them that to. Rather than clarifying this, I was told that analysing my pension (finding relevant figure and adding all up) was outside the scope of the service and would require an additional fee.

My expectation: simply said, "We need gross contribution figure - tax the paid dates is the one you need to check for the relevant tax year, add together and brings up to us" or if using my pention statement adn SIPP statement are out side of their work (tbh, this part can be done by AI easily)

Anyway, I have spoken to my provider, download teh figure and gave exact figure what they need to put into Tax return.

At the moment, I didn't get any good advice, and feel like it's going to be endless additional fee if anything slightly complicated. It's meant to be make your life easier, but at the moment, I don't see any value yet

It’s a straightforward no hassle service. Quick and easy

Quick, efficient service from Muhammad Asif

After receiving all the required information, my accountant, Mohammad Asif, prepared my Tax Return immediately and sent it to me for review. As soon as I reviewed and approved it, he filed the return and calculated my tax due without delay.

A very efficient and professional service throughout.
