The engineer arrived to do and survey within 2 hours of our initial call, gave us a quote and said he could carry out the work there and then. He had the parts required and we had our job completed within 4 hours of first contact.

After having no problems for years, I gradually lost all signal to my TV and was only able to view streaming channels via WIFI.
After months of not being able to view preferred channels without the endless advertising we decided to have an engineer assess the problem after exhausting all home grown intellect on TV reception repair (not at all amateur BTW).
The responsiveness to my call, ease of booking an engineer assessment appointment and sheer excellence of customer service were outstanding.
The engineer arrived promptly and quickly dealt with diagnosing the problem - no pressure to have the company rectify it. I was so impressed with the service I asked for repair and was able to have it done there and then. The engineer Ryan was excellent in explaining what was needed and ensuring I understood the terms and conditions of the repair. A most agreeable transaction - Ryan even advised me that my flat roof covering was in need of urgent attention at no extra cost - confirmed by the roofer today. I have no hesitation in recommending this company in view of the excellent customer service and skilled work carried out - well done!

An excellent, efficient and speedy service. I had a TV/splitter problem and it was dealt with by a very experienced engineer (Michael) who also tidied up a trailing cable for me which he didn't have to. Thank you. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

This is my second review of Taylor aerials. My first review reflected the service I received from their engineers, this prompted a speedy response from their head office and I received a call from Deborah.
We had a discussion about the review and I found her very genuine and very concerned about my experience. Once I explained the circumstances, she was very keen to offer her help and proposed another visit, I declined her offer only because I have booked someone else.
Deborah offered a good will gesture and we decided it would be best if they donated to a charity.
I think this was a very generous thing to do and under pins their commitment to good customer relations.
Its defiantly five stars for the customer service and I will give them a call if we need any help with our tv network.

I had an aerial fitted next day and I got great service from the company and the engineer who fitted the aerial and installed the tv.

Rang to get a TV aerial fixed. A couple of times an engineer was booked but always too busy to come around. When he finally did come around, he gave us a quote and said he back in two days. Did he come back? Did he balls. Apparently they don't want my money but just want to waste my time. Clowns.

I booked to get a new aerial fitted, they came the same day, very friendly and professional, I would recommend

Got a new aerial installed in no time, renewed the old cable for minimum fuss. I also had them run an armoured ethernet cable to the loft because the WiFi reception there was rubbish. It was a tricky job because the roof was all sealed but they found a way and we can now work from home effectively.

I had a lot of problems with my signal, Engineer arrived and sorted it out for me very quickly. I can thoroughly recommended this company, would always call them if needed in the future

Simon, thank you! I had an aerial fitted by TaylorAerial back in late October. Over the following 9 weeks the aerial 'drooped'. I dropped a note on TaylorAerial website to ask if they could call round and re-aligned the aerial and make it more stable. I received an email informing me an engineer would be in touch the next morning - and true to their word, he did! Simon called that morning and later that day made the good the aerial - even the rain didn't stop proceedings. Again, thank you. What an excellent job Simon with an excellent attitude.

From the minute I rang the local number to the job being finished it was an excellent service throughout. The man I initially spoke to was polite,friendly and professional and everything was explained clearly. The fact I needed someone the same day was no problem. The engineer rang ahead so that my husband could get home from work to meet him. He was also really friendly and professional and had the issue sorted in no time. I recently had one of Taylor aerials engineers round to look at potentially relocating my aerial from chimney down and into my loft as I was receiving a lot of interference weather related.
We discussed all options and a free no obligation quote was given prior to the work being carried out.
The engineer carried out the work to my full satisfaction allowing me to check over his work prior to payment.
I can strongly recommend this company, 5 stars

I was expecting the engineer to be good but not this good!.He was polite and professional.And the price that we paid for a new aerial was reasonable.With a 2 year warranty to add!.I offered to put a comment on here when the engineer left because good work deserves an applause!.I can't remember the engineers name! my memory isn't what it use to be.I rang a local number and got transferred to a core centre in Scotland.Everthing was brisk! Thankyou Aerial Express for all your help!.I would recommend.
