Good service. Pleasant engineer though after I thought a bit expensive for what I had done

Great company, phoned on Monday and guy came out on Tuesday. Problem sorted with our TV signal by installing a new aerial. Installer was very friendly, helpful and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend

Great service ,came out 2 hours after phoning to request a visit to repair television aerial.The job was well explained to me ,and explanation for the fault.A quick resolution to my problem.

They rang me first thing on the morning of the appointment to confirm everything the engineer came checked everything and found the fault with ease he explained what need doing and showed me the problem with my equipment and said the price done the work and was very professional in what he done.

The aerial engineer that came out was very polite and efficient. Explained all we needed to know and couldn't have been nicer.

Stuart was efficient, quick, explained the choices, respected our high Covid status, and got on with the job without delay. His work was neat and precise. As a consequence, I can now ride my exercise bike for an hour without going potty with boredom, which will aid my recovery from a hip accident. Nice bloke, too.

Arrived on time, efficient, pleasant workman who certainly knew his stuff. Fault was soon diagnosed and fixed. Very clean worker and the job was a fair price so certainly would recommend and use myself in the future.

The engineer arrived to do and survey within 2 hours of our initial call, gave us a quote and said he could carry out the work there and then. He had the parts required and we had our job completed within 4 hours of first contact.

After having no problems for years, I gradually lost all signal to my TV and was only able to view streaming channels via WIFI.
After months of not being able to view preferred channels without the endless advertising we decided to have an engineer assess the problem after exhausting all home grown intellect on TV reception repair (not at all amateur BTW).
The responsiveness to my call, ease of booking an engineer assessment appointment and sheer excellence of customer service were outstanding.
The engineer arrived promptly and quickly dealt with diagnosing the problem - no pressure to have the company rectify it. I was so impressed with the service I asked for repair and was able to have it done there and then. The engineer Ryan was excellent in explaining what was needed and ensuring I understood the terms and conditions of the repair. A most agreeable transaction - Ryan even advised me that my flat roof covering was in need of urgent attention at no extra cost - confirmed by the roofer today. I have no hesitation in recommending this company in view of the excellent customer service and skilled work carried out - well done!

An excellent, efficient and speedy service. I had a TV/splitter problem and it was dealt with by a very experienced engineer (Michael) who also tidied up a trailing cable for me which he didn't have to. Thank you. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.
