I had to return an item after ordering the wrong one. Dominic was brilliant in talking through the process and did not mind the many emails I sent to check got everything right and what was needed.

The product itself was clearly well made with good quality materials, however received with a dent in it.

It was fairly obvious that this was down to inadequate packing/ preservation - the benches were packed upright on a pallet, not strapped down very tightly with only an empty cardboard box between them. Because they were packed upright, the package was taller than a door opening, so it is assumed that the damage was caused by the delivery driver bringing the package into the building (or out of their vehicle) - the position of the dent would suggest this is the case.

Other orders for smaller items have been received in good condition.

I made an enquire about a part all went well but as I waited for the quotation invoice it didn't arrive, I called again and I was promissed I will have quotation send asap but it didn't arrive on my third contact I found out that they didn't check my e-mail address it was wrong so my enqire was resolved on the tird time and all went well. So thank you for that.
