Products very pricey. Brushes for bootwash were ordinary sweeping brushes with the fitting cut off £21.00 each plus vat for a sweeping brush. Hand brush for bootwash expensive too

We generally do offer competitive pricing, at the same time we don’t compromise on our quality. We like to offer the best!
The longevity of these items is really depending on how many people are passing through the boot wash along with the frequency of use.
The brushes are of very high quality and are designed with a resin setting making them stronger than others!
They also have additional looping at the base which supports the bristles from braking and bending, naturally increasing the longevity.
Our brushes are manufactured by a supplier in the UK and designed to be used in a Hygienic environment.
Your feedback will be taken onboard when reviewing our product range, looking at options along with where our pricing is positioned.

Simply put
Simply put. CAN NOT follow instructions or pass them on to the couriers.
I got back from collecting my child from school to find a very hot and pissed off driver who had been waiting 20 mins for a forklift because the information i provided was not passed on to him.
We ask that all palletised deliveries call 1 hour before drop off. The poor driver could not do this as he had no number to call me on.
Step up your game Teknomek
On the positive side everything arrived safely and well packed.

I really appreciated your time this morning as I know you are very busy, thank you.
I am so disappointed and sorry to hear that we let you down on your delivery. We not only missed your requirements, we also cased an unnecessary delay for the delivery driver.
Your feedback is important to us, it helps me and our senior management team review our systems and processes making our customers journey a more pleasurable experience.
I did trace your order back to the point you placed this on our website, it clearly states the requirement for palatalised deliveries to be called 1 hour before arrival.
I have identified that these notes when added at order stage are not transferring into our ordering system, which is no help to anyone. We are now reviewing how we can get these comments transferred within our systems and also our customer service team, these are important notes and cannot be missed!
I am so pleased you left a review and I know this will help not only yourself, the delivery drivers but many more of our customers too.

Great product
Product is great, easy to assemble and came in good time. Only complaint was with the delivery; it arrived on a different day than I was advised as as such was delivered to the wrong department.
