Tell MD First is a great service you can count on when you need to refill a prescription quickly or need MD advice right of way. They're very professional and know how to help you start feeling better asap. They're also nice people to work with. They make you feel comfortable and make sure your questions and concerns are dealt with. I've used their service a few times now and it's always been a good experience. I highly recommend them.

They told me I had a 59 minute wait callback time they took over 3 hrs.Then the Dr. Wrote the prescription wrong.at 8:30 pm the pharmacy closed at 9.they told me they tried to call them back and there was no response.the next morning I checked back and they still heard nothing.the pharmacist explained that if they filled it they could lose their license.so I had to go to walk in clinic pay again to finally receive the antibiotics I really needed.i called for my $ to be refunded and they told me the services were rendered and they would not refund my money.this place is a scam I would not refer anyone to use them they are the most unprofessional liars that should be turned in to the better business bureau.

I love this site, I am a traveling lineman and can’t always get to the doctor when I need my refills for my asthma. I simply logged on, gave them my health history and requested my med and within a couple of hours it have been sent to the pharmacy, or maybe even quicker. Plus, you can’t beat the price.

Wicked bad dental tooth swollen infection they were quick and easy to get the help i needed. With in 90 mins had my prescription already called into my pharmacy. Thanks TelMDfirst yall are amazing 👏

This place is a joke. They don’t answer the phones and clearly have some outside call center who holds no real powers to process prescriptions. Pay the 10 extra dollars to Sesame or some other service that actually sends the prescriptions within the hour time processing that they say. You’ll wait THREE HOURS for the prescriptions to be sent. No issue, so long as the expectation is set. They say it will will be quick when it reality you’re sitting around waiting for an actual provider to process it - which takes multiple hours.

Very thoroughand efficient and fast great for people that don't like to do face-to-face things on Zoom or in person visits been very happy so far I'm very affordable. Only a few hours from when I send in my request to when a prescription is at the pharmacy.

I was feeling really bad in the morning of the 31st and I was running a fever of 99.8. The doc on line thought I had a UTI and needed some meds to get things cleared up. They phoned in a prescription to a nearby drug store. Once I started the medicine, I felt much better.

They took my money and never gave me the right prescription. I called about 10 times and they keep hanging up the phone. They are only about the money. Total scam

I have used them a couple of times & will continue to do so. I had a bad UTI which I usually get once a year. TelMed always takes care of me within a couple of hours by sending in my prescription. This means a lot when you cannot see your doctor and you know you could get much worse quick.
