I've had excellent luck with TelMDFirst... For $190 per year, their service is everything I need. Understand what you're getting though- it's very basic. I use them solely for basic prescription refills. It's simple, contact customer service, schedule a provider visit, a couple emails back and forth and your script it as the pharmacy. No games, it just works [for me]. I have not had to ask for anything more complicated [yet].

Today, I had a snag will billing and got in a place where I was double billed. I called customer service, was in the hold queue for about 3 minutes and a rep came one but was promptly disconnected. I called right back and that same rep answered the call- no hold queue. Impressive. My refund was sorted in a matter of minutes and my script order was placed.

Again, their service is basic and primitive but that's exactly what I need and want and please note that I am a verified reviewer here on TP!

Every March I get the WORST allergies! Sometime it leads to a terrible sinus infection! Unfortunately that happened this time! I had tried all the natural remedies to avoid it, but I got a raging sinus infection. I was miserable! I’m a busy mom of 4 kids- and it is almost impossible to find the time to go into the doctor for myself! But I used this service and the Dr sent a prescription within 2 hours! Last night was the first decent sleep I’ve had all week, and today I feel sooo much better already! SO grateful for how hassle free this was! Especially for common run-of-the-mill issues where you already know what’s wrong (I’ve had many sinus infections in the past). THANK YOU for existing TelMDFirst. sincerely a tired mom!

Was able to get medicine without any problem

Started using TelMDFirst services April of 2025. Every experience has been exceptional. Thank you!

Couldn’t log in despite having an annual membership. Spent an hour and 45 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the 24/7 (800) number. Had to call back. When I called back the customer service rep struggled understanding me and had to switch to text exchange. Took me almost two hours to get logged in.

Quick response on my need and prescription sent to pharmacy.

Filled out questionnaire in about 5 mins, RX sent to Walgreens within 90 mins. Fast and easy.
Unfortunately WG had to order the medicine..24 hours later still waiting.
Would definitely used TelMDFirst again, Walgreens never again.

Such a wonderful service! I have used this service twice, when I was out of town which was so wonderful to get treatment out of town when sick so quickly and at home. So amazing!

Needed medication quickly and waiting on neurologist to do anything until after the weekend was a no go. Urgent care typically won’t do much for the particular condition and ER would over medicate and not help solve the problem long term. Was very happy with how quickly things came together and prescriptions were filled. Will definitely use again for whole family.

My friend told me about i signed up and a doctor called me right away. This was very convenient better that making my way to the urgent care and long waiting lines. I got my medication without a wait. I already feel better. I am totally content.

Worst experience of my life. 1st time customer here... was only a member for 3 hours of HELL... The customer service lady was ratchet, rude and unprofessional. She needs to be drug tested immediately, she is their biggest liability. She lied to me about my prescription, sent the wrong one in when I got to the pharmacy and then gave me the run around about returning my refund. These guys will take your money then totally SCREW YOU like it's Prom Night. They won't answer your calls and could care less about you after they've been paid. Classic bait and switch.
Go to DrSays, its only $30 for 3 MONTHS. They took care of me in less than 5 minutes and the correct prescription was sent in in less than 10 mins. DrSays is head and shoulders above this ratchet company. DrSays is respectful and they truly care. DrSays treated me with the utmost kindness and most of all it only took minutes and THEY GOT IT RIGHT unlike this Ghetto company did. Don't waste your time with telmdfirst because they could care less about you and will lie directly to you.

I needed an antibiotic and after half way through it, I've had zero relief so I called to see if I need to switch or what and they said I have to complete the whole thing first. That makes zero sense. Half way through it, I should be getting relief. I will never use them again. Will be headed to urgent care, completely defeats the purpose of this place. Spent $100 for nothing. Don't bother.

Very convenient, fast, and affordable. Been using them for a while and always get what I need within a couple hours.
