Convience of calling In appts. Sometimes you prefer to speak to a human even though making appts. online is easy.

Now 5 hours and waiting. Dr never called as requested. Texts went to spam. When I realized this I responded. They claim to be having a busy day. Claims about 15 minute response doesn't appear be the case at all. After over 5 hours I finally got notification that the prescription was sent

Did not take long to speak to a doctor, or get my medicines that I need

I was so skeptical at first but I was in so much pain. I took the gamble. Its REAL! They helped me get antibiotics and 12 hours later Im feeling much better already. Thanks Doc!

Awesome Experience worth the money !

I had a disappointing experience. They called and asked a lot of questions but wouldn’t share any information in return. They wouldn’t explain what they thought my condition was or what they planned to prescribe, only that I’d receive a text with a prescription. Afterward, they sent a message asking for a 5-star review.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. I prefer a provider who actually discusses my medical concerns and explains treatment options, rather than prescribing without any clear communication.

Most horrific experience, it was complete torture dealing with this company
It’s too stressful to go into the nightmare details. It does not help to only speak to foreigners whom are difficult to communicate with. And they use names like apple kiwi etc which makes it even worst.

Their website leaves out important details.
It say a prescription in 15 min ok I’m over 24 hours due to their incompetence just in even writing the instructions for the antibiotic. Had to contact them 16 times. Then to dig even deeper the 4 th attempt dr wrote it for Augmentin “only”??? The insurance company denied it and the pharmacy called to let me know it would $1026. Excuse me does it come in a 24 carat gold bottle?

Anyways after the continued torture to the next day my husband is on his way to FINALLY PICKING UP MY SCRIPT THAT I DESPERATELY NEEDED YESTERDAY

Paid for a monthly membership, filled out the questionnaire with my symptoms and treatment I desired and within 10 minutes had the prescription at my local pharmacy. Could not be more pleased the best experience I've ever had with online Healthcare.

The plan detail was not clear, admittedly, I may not have read the detail clearly but as a first time user it’s something we look at quickly when someone is ill. Generally my issue is the misleading advertising of what is offered. It is quite odd the monthly plan would be limited to a single user at a fee that is higher than the annual plan. Biting the annual plan is a onetime all up front fee which is not consistent with how medical
Insurance is paid in the US. My advise look for another option. There are others available.
