There's nothing worse than being sick you want help and you need it now these guys can deliver.
The whole idea of getting sick and having to drive to the doctor get in the car go across town Walk in wait wait in his office get a prescription go to the pharmacy you don't have to go through all that just call these guys and it's over with thank you you save me again

I’ve been LIED TO FOR THE PAST 10 HOURS!! I AM JUST TRYING TO GET A REFILL FOR MY INHALER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ADDED TO MY ORIGINAL PERSCRIPTION ON MARCH 9. I HAVE MADE 13 CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE BEING THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE HAS CALLED!!!! WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER I WAS TOLD THERE IS N MANAGER!!! If I DIE FROM NOT HAVING MY INHALER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE!!! I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR THIS SERVICE AND HAVE BEEN TREATRD TERRIBLY BY MICAH AND MANY OTHERS!!!!

Service is inconsistent. Requested refills for 6 prescriptions and they only sent in 3. Now I have to take the time to call back and make a 2nd trip to the pharmacy. This has happened twice before.

I have been a member for over a year and the staff at Telmdfirst have always been so helpful and understanding of my health concerns. Great and wonderful staff.

I have been trying to get a script refilled since 0800. It is now 1308. They have asked the same question multiple times. They have asked for the same photo multiple times. I have been on and off this medication multiple times since 1998. They are not efficient!!!!!8.5 hours later and still no script.

The advertising states that you’ll speak to a doctor in 10 minutes. Untrue. After signing up, I was told that they were very busy. It would be 90 minutes before speaking to a doctor. A nurse did call me and asked a few questions. The doctor never called. I was given a “prescription” for 2 over the counter items. False advertising. I’ll never use them again.

The experience was easy. It tells you an appointment is 15 mins but doesn't say you will have you profile reviewed for up to 1.5 hours. I described everything I needed in great detail. They told me 90 mins and I recieved st text in exactly 90 mins with my RX being refilled. Didn't need to speak with anyone or answer any texts. Always wanted to try this service but was apprehensive. Will use before I got to the doctor.
