Slightly disappointed when booking as was not given an option to book a time slot for the MOT. I did however leave a comment to say could I have a booking time of first thing around 0830. Did get a time booked for Midday. Will let you decide if there any good. Thanks AA for waisting a day 👍

The mechanic arrived on time. He found that there was another problem associated with the initial problem that the AA diagnosed, so a quote was provided and approved by me and the mechanic came back to fix the problem that same day. And also advised on another issue with the car which were already aware of.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and answered all my questions.

Pick up car fore hours later than time stated no phone calls plus oil lamp on no help got car back next day

We had a great experience using AA mobile service for my car. We had great communication around arrival times. The engineer, John, was really friendly, explained what he was going to do, and got everything done quickly and efficiently :)

This is the second time that I have used this service. My car was collected from my house at the agreed time, all the work as requested was carried out professionally and the car returned that afternoon, clean and as it left my house. Very convenient service at a reasonable price.

Good service on time professional job but no seat covers when sitting in vehicle

The job from start to completion was done without any problems.

Fast efficient friendly service, 2 AA men for the price of one! After repairing the alternator they found the belt needed changing too which I sorted the cost out with the AA, and then it was swiftly replaced. They also advised me of a leak on my radiator which has now been sorted. I recommend AA mobile service.

Great oil and filter change. Feels like being treated as nice to see someone who is presented well. Very tidy and have all the kit at their disposol and very informative. The gentlemen that did our van as we had van and car done spotted a turbo pipe and explained what needed doing and the dangers off what would happen if the pipe came off. So overall a very good experiance.
