AA Car Care Opiniões

The service was great, just annoying you cant edit the name and the technicians doesn't read the notes

Nice reliable man . Had to return to finish the service . Didn’t have a special tool to remove a filter

Our mechanic was very friendly and helpful when taking me through the service and the process. This was my first time using AA. Ill defiently be using them again!

Excellent service, helpful mechanic. 2nd time I’ve used the service from home. Would recommend

Great service from the technician Martin. Called before he arrived, serviced the car on my driveway, completed the job without any issues.

Came exact time and replacement done at professional manor.

The mechanic was such a lovely guy and kept me informed at everything he would have had to do, also I had it done at my home which was very convenient.

A goblin done well very pleased good job

Great service, pleasant guy, and at my how, fabulous

Very friendly and helpful AA mechanic. Quick work and full explanation at the end.

Great service and answered all of my questions, was very thorough and just did an excellent job overall.

Elliot arrived at the time he stated and carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. First time I've used the AA for this type of thing, will definitely use again.

The mechanic was knowledgeable and helpful. The AA system, not so much. The AA failed to advise me that there was a 4-hour delay. I had to call them myself and was put on hold for 15 minutes. They did give me a small discount as a goodwill gesture.

The communication is poor, most of which arrived after the technician had left, no pre warning of arrival. In fact the guy rang me as he was reversing up the driveway. I received an email thanking me for dropping the car at the garage, that they would take things from there, what is that all about? This is a service at home! The technician arrived around 14:00 at 17:15 I received both email and text saying he should be with me at 14:05. Technician was excellent, polite, well mannered and explained everything he’d done. Unfortunately he’s being let down by the technical side of the organisation. Will seriously consider if this is the best route when the next service is due.

The communication from the mechanic was great and the work was carried out efficiently. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the friendly, helpful mechanic. I would not hesitate to recommend the AA mobile service.

Very professional and friendly mechanic

The mechanic on the day was 5 star, but when it came for the AA to take my payment was a complete nightmare. Pending status for 7 days coultn't get the money back in to my account till the eighth day to then resend to AA. Every day had at least 5 emails saying payment missed even though I rang them and explained the situation. I finally paid the bill today and now getting more emails sayin my booking has been changed and its exactly the same as i recieved when i orginally booked the car in.

Dean done a excellent job of fixing my van, turned up, when expected. With no fuss, just got on with it. Very pleasant. Thank you.

Very friendly, very informative. A great personality all round and happy with the work done. If possible could l get the same mechanic on all my future bookings.
Really happy with the service.

Mechanic was a lovely chap and carried out the tasks as requested. Only issue was I booked a morning slot, took time off but no show until 2pm. No contact from company, I chased on WhatsApp
