I contacted customer service after ordering the wrong colour shoulder bag.
Generally after your order has been accepted it’s too late to change your mind and advised to return on receipt!
Not this company email came back almost immediately and was friendly and helpful, bag order was found colour changed and extra discount to help!
Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had for a very long time,
Well done keep up your good work and the company will prosper as it should.
I will be definitely be back to find some other lovely vegan gifts.

I recently bought the perfect everyday handbag for autumn/winter in an unusual forest green colour and have already had compliments on it.

Leider ist ein Stern noch zuviel. Shop macht optisch einen guten Eindruck. Bestellte Tasche stinkt dermaßen. Rücksendemöglichkeit leider eher Fehlanzeige es werden hinhalte Mails versandt, mit Hinweise zum lüften. Der Rücksendewunsch wird ignoriert. Kann nur warnen vor diesem Shop

Purchased 2 swimming costumes from this company which took around 3 weeks to come in. They were both a terrible fit and very low quality so I asked for a return upon which I was told that swimwear was non returnable!! I am over £50 out of pocket and would definitely not recommend buying from this company.

My younger sister loved the ring. So quietly purchased for her birthday.
Kate from Customer Services was most efficient. Explained the situation of a birthday hurtling nearer, and nearer. Kate kept an eye on tracking for me.
Arrived this morning. Very feminine box with lovely pouch.
Just in time for the birthday.

Echtes Silber ok, aber wenn die Kette noch dünner wäre, wäre sie nicht da😅da bekomme ich bei Roßmann für 20€ bessere Ketten aus echtem Silber. Ist eher so Kaugummi Automaten Qualität. Meine Befürchtung dass es überteuerte Billigware aus China ist hat sich leider bewahrheitet. Ich finde es unglaublich schade dass man heutzutage legitim solche online Shops machen darf, die sich daran bereichern dass sie Kunden mittels hochwertig aussehenden Fotos hinters Licht führen. 40€ für eine Kette die wahrscheinlich nur 5 Cent in der Produktion kostet, wenn überhaupt. Irgendwo muss man diesen China Betrug doch endlich mal eingrenzen, da kann man nicht nur dem Verbraucher sagen selbst schuld…

I had an issue with my precious order and I contracted the company regarding the issue . Honestly, I was impressed how prompt my issue was resolved. The communication was excellent, they listened to my concerns and dealt with it . I was really surprised and happy. I will definitely recommend this company to

Ware sieht im Onlineshop hochwertig aus und wird entsprechend beschrieben, aber minderwertige Hongkongware wurde verschickt. Vorsicht ⚠️ !
Kein kostenloser Retourschein wird gesendet. Aber Hälfte der bezahlten Ware zurück überwiesen ….m.E. ein Eingeständnis…

The item’s quality was poor so I wanted to return it. They made the process very difficult and refused to refund it. I had to insist and they offer a discount to keep it to dissuade me to return. There were at least five email exchanges to finally get to return my item (without pre paid label) and get the refund in over two weeks. I will never buy from them again. It’s a scam.

Shockingly bad!
I bought a bag as a birthday present expecting delivery in around 3 days but it took 3 weeks!
The response from this company that it was shipped from the supplier to me the customer to save time… from China!
Their contact details are not clear, USA phone number, uk address which is a block of flats if you google map it and they gave a different uk address for returns- they wanted to send another rather than refund. Every email was responded to by the same person but replies felt like they’d been read for the first time, not sequential.
The bag was unrecognisable from the website, so bad everyone I showed it to laughed!! But after a series of emails finally after digging into the company directorship they did refund but it was like pulling teeth!

Awful company shipped from china adverstised as leather items, they are plastic and stink, glue marks on items cant get hold of anyone to return items

Before I ordered my bag, I messaged via the website to ask where they shipped from and was told Swindon UK and that my delivery would arrived in 4-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago and still no bag! It would appear I wasn’t told the truth and according to the other reviews on here that they ship from China. I emailed them
yesterday and have yet to receive a response. I will not use this company again

The list of items that are not returnable, if they don't fit, is not complete! If I knew the item I ordered would not be taken back, if it doesn't fit, I wouldn't have purchased it. But in the conditions only a collective term was mentioned (at least in my language). Now, after serveral meesages back and forth they updated their policies with an explanation - but that doesn't help me with my purchase that I have to pay now (or search for an attorney)

Ordered from here 3 weeks ago after it stated delivery would take 2-3 days, my order arrived yesterday and I wasn’t aware it would be shipped from china. The item has the most disgusting smell to it that I’ve ever smelt, and the quality is far far lower than what I’d expect after paying over £80 for it, the detachable handle is the cheapest quality. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this site to anyone.

The website also has a lot of fake reviews on it, claiming they have 1000+ on TrustPilot.

Terrible company! They have trustpilot reviews on their site but I have been unable to find them on t/pilot. I placed order 4 jan,after reading the reviews which were all glowing. Site states orders processed 1-2 days & delivery 4-6 days (they actually say they process all orders within 30 mins & pride themselves on swift delivery. I emailed them 9 jan & received response (at11.45pm!) saying it takes 4-5 days to process & a further 6-9 days for delivery & my order yet to be processed! Called them today, spoke to a man who didn’t really seem to have an idea, then told me the delivery time frames on the site are incorrect & it will take a further week for my order to arrive. Incidentally he answered my call with a simple hello & not as I would expect the name of the company, I had to confirm that I had actually got the right number! I have cancelled my order & requested refund. They did send a confirmation email for refund & had the cheek to offer me 50% discount which I will not be using! Actually have doubts that this is a real company!
